Eeeeek! I'm so excited to post the preview of this session. I would just like to say who absolutely cute these two are together. It makes it even more awesome that their outfits are PERFECTION too! At the beginning of the session we were talking about areas that would work best with their outfits, exploring props and any poses and then Tiffanee and Victor showed me the taco set up they had and I was more excited that I should have been about it. It is hilarious and deliciously wonderful. Tiffanee and Victor, thank you so much for letting me photograph your beautiful selves, telling me your love story, and spending time with me.

Mount Vernon, Ohio / Columbus, Ohio Wedding Photographer || The Wooster Inn: Mr + Mrs McReynolds

Jonathan and I recently have had more and more inquiries for the Wooster area. We have had such a wonderful time getting to know the town. Recently, we visited The Wooster Inn for Morgan and Logan's wedding day! The Wooster Inn has a colonel feel with amazing grounds perfect for events. Logan and Morgan spent so many wonderful moments of their wedding day with their friends and family. Their decor, adorned with touches of pink tones, birch and moss set the tone for a whimsical, Spring wedding. A very special moment was when, during the anniversary dance, family members took turns assuring that Morgan's grandparents danced together. No matter their physical ability, their family made sure they could continue to dance together. (Que the tears!) Not a dry eye was at the reception as everyone clapped and cheered when is was announced that they won the dance with their 63 (YES. SIXTY. THREE.) years of marriage. Morgan and Logan are also pictured with a beautiful clock that Wooster is known for! One of their guests bought one custom made for them to take back to New York to hang in their home and remind them of their wedding location. Jonathan and I had a great time photographing such a great couple and beautiful wedding day! Thank you Morgan and Logan for choosing us to capture this chapter in your life.

Their session had already been rained out once but the threat of thunderstorms happened yet again. Luckily, Courtney and Ryan were available earlier that our scheduled time and we missed the rain by mere seconds!  Courtney and Ryan are two nurses, in love, and are looking forward to their wedding out-of-state in July! This engagement session was so fun! Courtney is such a total sweetheart and shared her vision of her wedding day with me. She is so excited to marry Ryan, it was awesome to watch her light up as she spoke about their relationship and plans.

These two are incredible together and I very much enjoyed meeting them both. I hope to get to photograph them again in the future. <3

Their session day finally arrived and I got to meet Cody for the first time! Some of you may remember Shelby's senior pictures from years ago. Yes, that puppy in her senior pictures is now that very big puppy in these pictures. Mr Tyson has grown into a sweet, loving pup! I was so happy to see him and glad Shelby and Cody brought him along. Amber and Derrick's wedding day was full of laughs, dancing, and funny moments. Derrick and Amber's have an incredible story that was shared during their ceremony. It's a true testament that God does have a path for us and it all depends on us with how we travel that path. Time passed where both Amber and Derrick's faith and patience was tested. They would also continually run into each other and then finally, they knew they were meant to be together. Working with both Amber and Derrick both with engagement pictures and this wedding, I have come to find that they are both kind, fun loving, happy people who love their friends and family so so much. I could not have asked for better clients for a beautiful May wedding! As icing on the cake, can we discuss this amazing peacock theme they did?! With the help of Prospering Life Events, Amber and Derrick planned the most elegant yet vibrant peacock themed wedding. I seriously adore all the hues they chose to dress their bridal party in! Especially, Monroe's (The flowergirl) dress! Amber + Derrick, Thank you for allowing Jonathan and I to have a part in your day. We loved capturing every moment along with watching you have so much fun with the people you love. You two are amazing and I'm so thankful to have gotten to know you both!  To their friends and family, thank you for being so fun, encouraging, helpful and loving to us. We loved getting to talk with you, dance with you, and watch you fill Amber and Derrick's wedding day with pure bliss and joy. Without you, their wedding would have not been the same.

This weekend, Jenna, Carly, Avery, Anna, Shaye, Natasha, and Kennedy are all closing a chapter in their lives. Each is moving on to unbelievable possibilities in becoming the women they are destined to be. I am so extremely honored that I got to capture this split second in their lifetime that will now live on forever. These photographs are for them to reflect on, for their relatives to look back at... it's just a small amount of time in all the years a person has in all their lifetime. I hope these photographs help savor this moment for decades to come. Each one of these ladies has a different personality that shines so brightly. In just the hour and a half I spent with them, they showed how funny, sassy, confident and bright they are. Just the perfect characteristics to arm them for the future. It was only about a year ago when this little family was prepping to meet little Jeremiah. Now, the Wright family is a joyous group of four. Hannah + Zach's sweet kids are so full of happiness. They loved exploring during our session and running around. I always love getting to see kids explore new territory. They do it without a second thought or an ounce of fear! I loved getting to meet little Jeremiah and see this wonderful family again!

Recently, I got to visit Easton's grandparent's farm in Heath, Ohio. Their farm is stunning a beautiful! It's the perfect place for a little boy like Easton to play and explore.  During Easton's session, we did all his favorite things. We played on tractors, visited the cows, and even played in rocks for a bit. Best of all, he just wanted to do all the things he loves to do and it was fun getting to document it!

Olivia is not only about to graduate high school, she just finished her sophomore year of college! I am so impressed with this year's class. These clients are so driven to achieve the most they can!  Not only is Olivia a great student but she is also in love with photography! We spoke about our love for it and she brought her camera along to be in pictures. (Totally would have done the same thing!)  It has been a completely blessing to meet both Olivia and her mom.
