I remember joining my first gym in 2006. I was busy during the week balancing school and after school practice. At that age, practices consisted of heavy cardio and bodyweight movements. I always wanted to look like the upperclassmen and decided to join a gym. ⁣ ⁣ I can’t tell you how awesome it was to walk into this massive warhouse gym. I made my way over to the free weights and the rest is history. ⁣ ⁣ I wanted to workout every single day, but I didn’t know where to start. ⁣ ⁣ The internet was full of contradicting information. Some articles said lose fat first while others said gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. There were websites recommending a full body routine and others a body split routine. I didn’t know who to believe. ⁣ ⁣ After years of learning, fact checking and experimenting, I learned the truth. That’s what inspired me to write this book. I want you to zip past all the misinformation out there. Skip the beginning stages and start your fitness journey the right way!⁣ ⁣ If I had this book when I started, I would have saved myself from years of confusion, frustration and would have made progress a lot sooner.⁣ ⁣ This book is geared towards beginners.
