#rant/vent in tags >#i absolutely hate driving sm but its one of the few ways im able to get around without assistance#and it is agonizing .#while i enjoy being able to traverse without other folk just how much i rely on it sucks#trains & metros & whatnot are nice but they almost exclusively traverse longer distances and then even when i get to my stop#i need to do more walking (<- guy that cant walk a lot)#and i genuinely cant think of a solution to the combined issues that i have other than Car#more public transportation would help a lot! it really would but they almost exclusively stop at places that are crowded/populated#and far away from where i need to actually be#even in places ive been that *have* very decent public transportation#i dunno im very obviously a minority when it comes to these issues so i dont think theyd be high priority#cus if there was better public transporation most able-bodied folk would just be able to drop cars entirely#but being disabled kind of Binds me to these fuckass chunks of metal and rubber and it sucks and i hate it#any other solution i can think of either still involves a car or someone else i need to rely on which i wont always have#and it is upsetting beyond belief#why cant buses have like#idk. schoolbus routes that go through neighborhoods and residential areas#thatd solve most of my transporation-related problems actually#ok im done complaining now#good post 👍

You’re never gonna get an angel bound in human form that isn’t some sort of fucked up. You’re cutting it off from all sorts of metaphysical senses, extradimensional perceptions, and biologically impossible physiology all at once. That’s like if you pancaked a human down to 2D and took away all our senses besides touch and smell. You’d be pretty weird too.
