dinner: soup - vegetable broth (26 kcal), rice (74 kcal), bread roll (196 kcal), butter (29 kcal) TOTAL: 325 kcal
TOTAL FOR THE DAY: 483 kcal
gonna start buying the ‘light’ butter even though i don’t have butter that often it will be good to cut those calories
i do wish i could have not had that bread roll but i thought it’s better to just eat one roll now rather than trigger a huge binge later
