here’s my new bnha oc, shihiro haruna!!!! i haven’t come up with a hero name for her yet, but she can create stars/planets/comets out of her hands and her chest area (the only reason that chest hole is in her uniform) she can vary the size but she usually makes about baseball sized stars that will explode when she wants ! she’s uraraka’s girlfriend, they grew up together (^:
