BATTLING THE BOTS!!!

So I doubt that I'm the only one who has to deal with what seems to be bots asking for commissions and is definitely getting a bit frustrating. However, I think i have found a way to sus them out that's for the moment is working for me at least, so I'm charging it here so it might help someone else out as well.

I have a pined post to my Tumblr that has information on what commission I take and so on.

So when I get a comment or DM with the question about commission, I send a link to said post and ask them to read the post to get the information. It looks something like this.

A potential bot either doesn't answer or answer something that makes it blatantly obvious that they haven't read the pined post, which makes them easier to weed out.

I hope this information is to some help dealing with the bots.
