Binge in things other than food. A TV series, books, video games, whatever. As a crazy genshin player sometimes I just say 'fuck it' and use all my wishes. I feel rly sad after, the type of regretful sad that a binge gives. But... I didnt eat! You can spend nights on end awake binging a TV show, and that won't make you fat!! Read fanfic, a novel, Manga, anything!! Indulge yourself in any way besides calorically

I got fed so much yesterday. I had a giant asthma attack and I felt sick the whole rest of the day so people felt bad. Ugh.
