We went on a boat tour in San Lawrenż where dwejra (the azure window) used to be , the water was beautiful.
See if you can spot the two funny rock formations.

On our second day in gozo we went to Ta Mena Winery in Xewkija and visited a family friend Karol (tuta) his nickname means blackberry in Maltese because when he was younger he was playing near a blackberry bush and got covered in them.
We then went to citadella (the old city) and had lunch at Ta Rikkardu on the rooftop , we got a share platter with olives, ġbejniet, sun dried tomatoes, capers and Maltese bread with kunserva (tomato paste).
We walked through the city and found a free art exhibition.

We spent the day in Comino on my mums cousins boat with her husband Eric, her son Matthew and their dog Mandy.
My mums cousin Pauline brought out a spread of stuffed olives, dips, galetti (Maltese crackers), luncheon meat , ġbejniet (Maltese sheep’s cheese) and cubed tasty cheese.
Then for lunch she prepared meat pie and a tuna and spinach pie.

Visit to Għar Dalam cave in Birżebbuġa.
Researchers have been excavating this cave for hundreds of years, and the evidence found proved that prehistoric animas migrated to malta during the ice age .

We spent the morning with my nanna and nannu, Rory helped my nannu prepare the dingy and we set off and went swimming at il hofriet in marsaxlokk, the water was beautiful, and I even impressed my nannu because I drove the boat for him while he was fixing something with the dingy.
