Horrible, horrible dreams lately… ugh. I know I should go back to sleep, but I don’t want to.

It’s a reoccurring dream. Someone I do not know. Which is… odd. At the very least I usually recognize the people who are the subject of my dreams.

…the details change from Dream to dream. Sometimes they’re running, trying to escape from something. Sometimes they are surrounded by…cracks. Tears even, of reality. Sometimes they fall into these open wounds, other times they do not.

However… one of Sinnoh’s lake spirits is present. I cannot tell which one.

My mind is fuzzy. Headache. Apologies if these ramblings do not make sense.

I need to go back to sleep. But something tells me I should likely seek this person out

i think they think the fifth floor is haunted or cursed or something and then are surprised when it’s just old and unstable

I suppose that is likely it, yes, yes… and while it is haunted, that’s far from the reason I keep telling people to stay away from it! Honestly, some people these days, it’s absurd!

On occasion, I allow traveling trainers to spend the night with me if they've somehow gotten lost in the woods at an unfortunate time. I might as well after all, no use in having so many spare rooms if nobody's using them...

...Except there's a problem. This place is very, very old, and the 5th story needs heavy renovations. It's practically falling apart, I'm afraid. So I warn anyone visiting to not go to the fifth floor. Simple enough instruction, yes?

Apparently not! As people keep going up, and I always have to catch them and bring them back down before they get injured!

This is to say I now have a new hole in my ceiling. Wonderful, wonderful indeed.
