got an eevee today and i have a story to go along with it!

meet isopropyl, or iso for short. i resume my chain for eevee after i came back home from picking up medication for myself and got food on the way home.

the soda i got tasted weird to me, which i have now deduced to be it possibly being a fresh newly shipped batch with a clean soda machine since it was the first, but for 2 hours i thought it was poisoned with isopropyl alcohol.

for more context, i have schizophrenia. i have to live with it day to day. i take an antipsychotic for it, and i can not function without it. i am at risk of dying if i dont have it daily in my system.

thankfully, my partner arc was able to help deconstruct this delusion while i was having a panic attack and while i was finally relaxing i got the shiny eevee.

earlier in the conversation i thought to myself (since i truly thought i was going to die) "if i live i will name this eevee isopropyl. i can call it iso for short."

though it may seem really silly (especially for non psychotic people) but he means a lot to me already, and i cant wait to play with him once i transfer him up into swsh and then scvi

i went for noibat and got her at 31 encounters! her name is harpy. all of the shinies ive gotten have been girls so far, shoutout women.

next target is eevee, im currently at 130 encounters and 2 chains into it. will update if i get it sometime this week

me and my partners have been playing usum together. i said to them both "i dont think itll happen, but it would be really funny if one of us got a full odds shiny." little did i know that the next encounter i would have in the meadow, i got a shiny cutiefly

i was just progressing the story and she came up. maybe it is fate. cutiefly/ribombee has been a dreamie for actual years afterall
