Idk why but my brain decided to continue the story:

“If only he could see you.” -Maul

Ezra feels pain hit him hard in the heart, then a large aura of light appeared.

“Don’t ever talk to my padwan, like that.” -kanan being largely protective.

“Kanan…? Your….here?” -Ezra

“I tood you the force works in magical ways. I miss you, Ezy.” -Kanan

Ezra’s eyes fill with tears,

“I miss you too, so much.” - Ezra

Don’t ask why kanan called Ezra, ‘Ezy’ I just think that would be one of Kanan’s nicknames for him. A farther-son nickname.

"Well, well," Maul drawls. "If it isn't my old apprentice, Ezra Bridger. Look at you! So grown up. I'm sure your Master would be proud"—his lips curl into a sneer—"if only he could see you."
