McLaren winning the Constructor’s Championship as a customer team would be a historic achievement.
Only one customer team has won it in the 21st century (and they subsequently become the works team next year).

Hamilton lapped faster than Russell for almost the entire Belgian Grand Prix.
Hamilton’s average lap time was half a second quicker than Russell’s in Spa.
In fact, discounting pit stops, there were only 2 laps in the entire race where Russell lapped quicker! Strategy is always key.
