I was curious, and maybe I just missed it so sorry if you’ve already answered this before, but, what are Rex’s health issues so to speak in your AU? Like, he gets seizures, and his hearing blows out too, does he have a certain kind of condition that you based his Nanites malfunction off of or is it purely fictional based? Sorry if I’m rambling, just super curious!

but as for his disabilities. theres no one singular thing, its just a bunch of different symptoms of his nanites fucking with his nervous system essentially as seen in the fics! so the seizures, his hearing and sight being glitchy, his lungs moving weirdly, and also the chronic pain (fibromyalgia) are all nerve-related, since his nanites are [REDACTED] :>

Heeeey, so.

I've been unemployed since May of 2024, and things aren't getting easier. While I'm not done looking for a new job the tech industry is somewhat infamously tightening its belt right now, and me and my family are in a really rough spot: so here's the deal.

I'm opening my Ko-Fi with a $500 goal for the moment. That'll cover some bills and medicines and help us get some breathing room. From there, I'm also going to be working on setting up a Patreon. I'll be trying to increase my output proportionally, since a lot of what's kept me from being able to write is my stress and attempts to fix this situation on my end.

Kaitou Kid (Kuroba) sent a notice of cancellation 9:19 minutes ago, 12:28 minutes before the time of the announced heist. Nakamori released Saguru 2:03 minutes ago, saying he's “off the hook” for a debriefing since “there wasn't even a damn heist in the first place”.

The museum is loud. Officers and night guards and staff talking over each other. They dismantle traps and take down safeguards. Night guards and staff ask why, and the officers explain that Kaitou Kid never goes against his word when it comes to time and places of heists.

Saguru leaves them and systematically checks all escape routes that are wheelchair accessible. (Déjà vu.)

Upon finding nothing at each building exit, he retrieves his phone from his pocket and pulls up his text messages with Kuroba. (Something he never would have considered doing little more than half a year ago.)

have you ever considered making gen rex stickers or key chains?

keychains require working with a company and doing tests and then having to batch order them. so i would have to guarantee that people would buy them beforehand with a kickstarter or something or else id lose a fuckload of money on that.

and uhhhh genrex is. not a very big fandom. demand for merch afaik is pretty damn low

also i have a chronic inability to mail things physically. it took me til june to mail a christmas gift to my girlfriend. its bad.
