Maybe a hot take but after seeing that Pokemon Legends ZA won’t be an industrial era paris with piplup, torchick, and snivy as starters I’m genuinely bummed. No hate, the new game just looks the exact same as any other Pokemon game but without gyms. It’s really lacking that fun and interesting swing that Legends Arceus had, and the modern setting doesn’t seem like anything new.

Holy shit. So I actually played their personal quest for the first time last night as I didn’t do it the first playthrough. I won’t get into it super specifically in this post, but a lot about the way they were written and delivered to the story bothered me and I thought was a massive disservice to their character. But moving on.

Holy SHIT. I literally teared up when they cried out for their mom. The pain in the voice acting, yall. I was not expecting that.

People calling them bratty and rude have apparently never played Inq and had to interract with Sera. Taash ended up being way more fun and nuanced than I expected and that performance in that scene is going to stick with me for a while.
