Hey everyone, Admin Bria here!! Just wanted to say that I hope y’all are having a great weekend! And to anyone lurking in the tags, why don’t you come give us a quick check out?! We’re currently in our second event, with our BIG plot drop just released, so now is the time to get in on the action--we’d love to have you in our little family!

It certainly is active!! We’re currently in the middle of our second event since opening, and have just released a HUGE plot drop!!! I’d say the dash is fairly active at the moment, and the perfect time to join.

The clock strikes nine.

Maisie Anderson takes the stage, her sister Harlow standing off to the side beaming. For a moment, as she stares at the crowd, she feels a warmness washing over her. Her gaze finds Mara, grinning at her in the see of familiar faces, before her blue eyes land on Jonah, standing at the very front of the dance floor. Then her gaze meets Harlow’s and her grin widens even more.

“Hey guys, I hope everyone’s been having a great night! I know we’ve been through a lot this past year. Administration wanted to cancel the snowflake ball, but Harlow and I fought for it. Because despite everything this school has been through, we can still laugh and love and have fun. We deserve that. And I didn’t want them to take it from us. So tonight, I wanted to--”

  B L A C K  O U T .

The gymnasium is enveloped in pitch-black darkness.. And then all of a sudden Maisie’s panicked voice echoes through the speakers “HARLOW--!!” before the microphone comes crashing to the floor with an ungodly screech.

There is shouting, phone lights flicker on, but all attempts to be heard are futile. Chaos has taken over the dance floor. Students are pushing their way through the crowds, some are shouting, some are just frightened half to death. Staff members try to tame the situation, but to no avail.

Only three minutes later lights flood the room once more...

just as a body is dropped from the ceiling onto center stage. It’s only a moment before a staff member identifies the blood-drenched body. Two things become very clear:

Gunner Castle is dead, and Maisie Anderson is missing. One student found, only for another to vanish.

Attention, members!

       This officially marks ‘part two’ of the event. Feel free to have your characters react to the black out part of the evening, but since the blackout is relatively short, we’d ask that you try to place any future starters after the lights have come back up.

Here are a few things to keep in mind IN CHARACTER:

After five minutes, Headmistress Patterson’s voice echoes over the intercom. The following information is given out of the overhead speakers:

Security will be taking count of everyone in the gym.

Once your character has been accounted for, they will be ordered to go straight back to their rooms.

Staff members will be accompanying students in groups to make sure that everyone gets back safely.

Girls will go to their dormitory, while boys must go to their own.

Any witnesses of Maisie Anderson’s disappearance will be questioned in the morning.

There is safety in numbers so stick together right now.

However, from an OUT OF CHARACTER view, feel free to do whatever feels in character for your muse. For example, if your character wants to find someone of the opposite gender, they can break away from the group/staff to do so. Just keep in mind that they could potentially get in trouble with the authorities, depending on how vastly they break the rules, or if they get caught.

Background and other information: Keegan was sent to boarding school after having a fairly long affair with his new step-sister, the daughter of the man his mother married. They never had a sibling like relationship and instead flirted some before beginning to hook up regularly. It went on for a while, long enough for Keegan to have feelings for her, though he’d be loath to admit that now. When they were found out by their parents, Keegan was sent away as punishment, and he hasn’t been back since, refusing to visit for holidays and breaks. This girl would have been raised by a very rich Irish business man. How her mother was taken out of the picture is totally up to you. I always imagined her Keegan’s opposite in the sense that she was spoiled, entitled and confident, yet an excellent student. She could have been the party girl type also if you feel that would fit her. Whether or not she too had feelings for him is totally up to you. It would be fun if that were the case given that he’s currently in love with Amara Clarke and working hard to become her boyfriend. She’d be a student at the school and whether or not she is a senior like Keegan or a few years younger is up to you! It wouldn’t have mattered to him back then if she was the same age or not. I’d love this connection to be able to explore their relationship and reunion further, and I think it would bring a lot of juicy drama and fun writing for us to do :) So if you have any questions or simply want to discuss the WC, please don’t hesitate to message me on Skype or on Keegan’s account

This officially marks the beginning of Fairfield’s SECOND EVENT!!! We ask that members begin to start playing out the dance itself on the dash--meaning, feel free to post new open starters, or to start threads with each other. Remember to tag all event-related posts with ffpsnowflakeball!

To lighten up everybody’s spirits, Harlow and Maisie Anderson have taken it upon themselves to organize and host Fairfield’s annual Snowflake Ball. In preparation for the dance, flyers and posters line the hallways and invitations are handed out by the two sisters. Everyone is invited to this event, and their warm smiles are more than enough to prove it.

When: Saturday February 3rd, 7 to 11 pm Where: Indoor Gym Stadium

IMPORTANT: While admission to the dance itself is free, we do ask that all students and teachers dress appropriately for the occasion. Please follow proper dress code etiquette when choosing attires for the evening. Staff chaperones will be present throughout the evening as well to monitor any inappropriate behavior.

Alright folks, here it is–Fairfield’s second event! We’ve kept you waiting for another event/some action long enough, and we certainly don’t plan to disappoint! Here’s how this event is going to work:

SATURDAY FEBRUARY 3RD: Part One. The event begins! Try to close any threads you have going on before then, or prepare to put them on pause for while the event is going on.  WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 7TH: Part Two. The plot drop is released! But what is the plot drop? You’ll have to wait to find out…

As always, feel free to begin plotting with each other for this event! Given that this entire dance is meant to bring joy, we’d love to see some light on the dash… although that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for drama as well. However, if you have any major plots you’d like to do during this event, please message the main first.

Most of the information is available on Lizzy’s bio but basically she’s catfishing this poor dude [Joseph] for the past few months. She has social anxiety and a lot of issues I could write essays about so she made a fake facebook/instagram account in one of her lowest times and probably only commented on a photo [Joseph] posted. He got in contact with her account after that. I like to think their relationship online turned romantic, but certainly does not have to continue that way when/if Lizzy comes out with the truth. I’ve headcanoned that [Joseph] is, at least, a good guy, and that’s what made Lizzy interested in him in the first place, but that can also easily be changed to fit the new character. Message me if you have any questions or would like to know more!!

this was mainly to catch up with the roomies, every new person should definitely have a room and now that I’m on top of it it’ll be quick and easy for me to add any other newbies to it. It’s 9:30 on Friday the 2nd of February and while students sit in class, either paying attention or daydreaming about the weekend to come, a single bell interrupts the whole school. There’s a crackle over the intercoms in each room before a voice starts speaking..

“Hello? Is this.. oh okay- hey everyone! Harlow and Maisie Anderson here!  We’d just like to give you all a little bit more information about the Snowflake Ball considering it’s tomorrow night. Yep, you heard me. Saturday the 3rd is upon us, and we’re going to have such a great time! As I’m sure most of you have read on the flyers, we’ll be in the Indoor Gym Stadium, and entry is of course free but we do request you all dress up as elegantly as possible! For those of you who didn’t realise it was so soon and haven’t had time to organise an appropriate outfit, have no fear! Mais and I have spoken to Headmistress Patterson and she has kindly agreed to let us have this weekend’s excursion on Saturday morning instead of Sunday! So head on down town if you need to! If you don’t and you wanted to help us set up you’re also welcome to do that! We’re decking the Gym out in sparkles and snowflakes and it’s going to be just beautiful so we need all the help we can get! Food is being kindly provided by the kitchen staff, who have all of your dietary requirements already so no need to stress about that, and we’ll have a few different flavour punches around! But as fun as this night will be there are some serious matters we need to talk about. Security will be at the door, and they will be checking anyone who enters, they’ll also be stationed around the gym so we can make sure everyone is safe. There’s also going to be security standing by the punch. I can’t stress enough how important it is that no alcohol enters the gym. Anyone intoxicated will not be allowed in or will be asked to leave. Anyone found with alcohol or drugs will be expelled... I don’t want this night to be ruined so please guys, let’s all just chill and have a fun time! Oh, and for those of you who haven’t got a date yet and have been holding out on asking that special someone, today is your day to do it!  That’s it for now, we can’t wait to see you all tomorrow night!  Love you, byeee!”
