Just a small note for this blog

Recently there have been a few moments where this blog has been tagged in posts that sadly, aren't redraws based on any of the monthly prompts and thus, can't be reblogged here :(

So just to clarify, fairytail-redraw does not reblog any redraw, only those that are based on prompts previously posted here.

If you have done a redraw but it is not based on any of this blog's prompts, try tagging @ft-reboost instead!

did another @fairytail-redraw prompt! enjoyed doing this one, not sure if the vibe quite matches the original but i like how it came out in the end

i drew this over and over in sketches so when it came to the final i didn't want to look at the original at all 😂 so yeah, some little differences here and there

I went for Jellal this time @fairytail-redraw, mainly because I thought it’d be really cool to tackle.

Don’t know how realistic the shading is (something I’m bad at), but I’m pretty proud of this drawing! Though, it’s been one hell of a month.

Either way, drawing this was an awesome distraction and as always…can’t wait for the next prompts! 💜

Strauss Redraws

The official redraw for @fairytail-redraw and then this little extra one I did because I was trying to fix down my Strauss Siblings Designs

Have been desperately trying to scratch and claw my way out of my creative block so drew this for @fairytail-redraw month. It probably would have looked a little better if I’d inked it in but my chronic health problems are kicking my ass so. Didn’t change all that much about the prompt itself, I’ll probably come back to this at a later date but I’m other wise proud of myself for it after weeks of not being able to draw or write anything.

Really wanted to experiment with a chibi style. And color. I think it worked.

I loved these prompts so much that I’ve been 100% focusing on drawing them for four days.

I adore doing @fairytail-redraw prompts, they’re such a good way of practicing and gaining motivation to draw. They’re always a fun time!
