something that makes me very emotional about this podcast’s version of Sherlock is that they let him be a person. they let him hug John and laugh with his friends. they let him like things other than drugs and crime solving! he likes Christmas and trains and botany and a very specific type of pasta. they let him be distressed, excited, confused, angry. they let him have a sense of humor. they let him love openly. they let Sherlock be human. and if he can be so human as an autistic person, then maybe I can, too.
