Updated Inheritance Class (+others)

I've been thinking and rethinking about alot of the characters for the plot, so I decided to update the Inheritance Class as well as some other characters. (Hoowee, this took too long). Credit to @miraculous-thenextspots format for this (hi, nextspots!).

Trigger Warning: Toxic friendships/relationships

Élodie Donnet

14 year old student at Collège Françoise Dupont.

Lives with her aunt who runs a small floral shop. Her parents passed away in a car accident.

While she is not related to any of Mme. Bustier’s class, her class contains several of their children.

A walking disaster of an introvert, struggles to make friends due to her social anxiety.

It’s less ‘tee hee, I’m so silly,’ and more soul crushing doubt and low self esteem.

Is actually between passions/hobbies at the moment, still struggling to find something that fits her. Currently, she’s into sewing, drawing, baking, gardening, and video games.

Before Season 1, she doesn’t have any friends in her class. This is due to the fact that Viviane, her only friend, isolated her and made her distance herself from the other kids, making him fully dependent on her. This formed into a crush…which ended badly for Élodie.

She's essentially a social outcast.

Helps out her aunt at the floral shop, it’s one of the few places she feels at peace.

Does not know how to say 'no' and often will over exhaust herself trying to please people.

Used to have a crush on Viviane…it died very, very quickly.

Usually keeps to herself, doesn't involve herself in other people's business, believing she'll just screw everything up.

The “Marinette” of her classroom, Principal Bustier reminds her to forgive her bullies and to set a good example for her class.

Found and bought the Ladybug Miraculous at a pawn shop, was not chosen by any guardian.

Struggles to form her own identity as a superhero. It doesn't help that the name Ladybug was pushed onto her by the media during season 1, so she didn’t really get a choice on the name either (this only made her issues even WORSE!!).

Voice Claim: Noël Kristi Wells

Darius Chance Agreste

(He is now....less of a jerk!)

The only son of Adrien Agreste and an unknown woman.

His mother abandoned him in exchange for hush money.

Has his mother's dark hair (he hates it).

His whole life has been one big media/paparazzi circus.

Aloof, blunt, doesn't like socializing in general (ew people).

Underneath all that cold, Darius is an insecure numb boy who's been put through the worst due to paparazzi constantly hounding him for being ‘Hawkmoth’s grandson.’

Resembles his grandfather Gabriel in terms of looks and height.

Was homeschooled. Really, really didn't see the point in going to Dupont.

While his father isn't abusive, Adrien struggles to balance his work life with his personal. Because of this, Darius was left alone a lot or in the care of his father's employees.

Chloe brought it to Adrien’s attention of his antisocial behavior and his brilliant idea was to put him into public school at Dupont.

Several problems with that: 1) he’s viewed as Hawkmoth’s grandson. 2) He’s horrible at socializing with people or kids his age. 3) He’s got trust issues.

The few times he interacted with his great grandparents were mixed. The Grassettes treated him with kindness and compassion, making him feel loved. On the other hand, Lord Emil Graham De Vanily didn’t even acknowledge his existence and view him as a waste of good high breeding (Milly Graham De Vanily was much kinder to him when her husband wasn’t around).

While Adrien encourages him to look for hobbies outside of modeling, he is good at modeling. He does enjoy writing and has notebooks filled with stories that he's afraid to share.

Despite not liking school (mostly due to the social component), he is an A+ student (due to his homeschooling/tutoring).

Knows multiple languages and is skilled in fencing (trying to emulate his father).

Is considered one of the 'cool' kids and has his own fanclub due to his ‘cold, bad boy’ image (basically a bunch of fangirls who think they can ‘fix him’).

Gets super competitive when it comes to video games (the only time he'll agree to hang out with anyone).

Sexuality: Still trying to figure that out.

Voice claim: Xander Mobus (Ren from Persona 5)

Charlotte Bourgeois

(Hasn't changed much compared to the others).

Daughter of Chloe Bourgeois and an unknown man.

Though she can be selfish, vain, and dramatic, at times, she is really a sweet girl and furiously loyal to her friends.

A social influencer, posts makeup tutorials and videos on one's inner beauty. When she moved to Paris, she changed her focus to superheroes to gain more of a platform. (She’s essentially the Alya of this generation, constantly running after akumas and then getting herself held hostage)

Was initially Elodie's desk mate then stood up for her against Viviane.

Aunt Zoe helped her dye her hair (Chloe fainted when she first saw it).

While Chloe loves her children, she has high expectations for them and doesn't always show her love for them.

While she may seem confident on the surface, she struggles with anxiety and disappointing her mom.

Sexuality: Homosexual

Voice Actor: Ariana Grande

Louis Bourgeois

Chloe’s son, the younger twin of the Bourgeois duo.

He’s actually more calmer and level headed compared to the rest of his family. He often follows his sister around for her blogs (the Jimmy Olsen to her Lois Lane).

Likes photography and video editing. He carries around a camera to take pictures for his anonymous Zoo blog helps with his sister’s own Zoo channel.

Has a sweet tooth carrying around candy in his pocket to snack on at any time.

While his sister is quick to run towards akumas, he is more likely to run away from it like a rational person would.

He cares deeply about his sister and mother and would put himself

Voice Actor: Ben Schwartz (think Leo from ROTTMNT)

Hai Lê Chiến or Lê Chiến Hai (depending on how you arrange it)

The son of Kim and Undine, has a little sister who is a prankster monster (Kim’s karmic punishment)

Hai takes after his mother, being more calm and mature compared to his father. He could be described as the “mom” friend, worrying about others’ needs before his own.

He’s a very good swimmer, he used to be apart of the swimming team. But he didn’t enjoy how competitive it was. Now. he volunteers at the swimming pool and teaches kids swimming lessons.

His true passion is cooking and is apart of the collège’s Cuisine Club.

Has a crush on Louis.

Voice Actor: Miguel Veloso (Telemachus from Epic the Muscial)

René Kante

Daughter of Max Kante.

Heir to Kante Robotics Industries, at least that’s what her father expects her to be.

She’s incredibly smart, but also incredibly lazy. Due to her upbringing, René can be stuck up at times, viewing herself as smarter to everyone else. When working on group assignments, she thinks she’s better off working on her own rather than being ‘slowed down’ by the rest of the group.

Can be motivated and driven when she wants to…she just choses not to.

Loves a challenge and enjoys hacking for fun, even though she has gotten caught a couple of times.

Jokes about altering grades for her classmates…no one knows if she’s serious or not.

René and her father have a rocky relationship as both aren’t good at talking about their emotions. She just wants to be her own person while Max thinks he knows what’s good for his daughter and only wants the best for her.

Markov, Max’s robot, has known René all her life. He is the one assigned to protect her and keep her out of trouble. On the other hand, René views Markov as her babysitter and often ditches him to have fun on her own.

Is the current reigning Prank Queen of Dupont.

Everyday, she inches ever so closer to becoming a mad scientist/supervillain.

Rain Beauréal

The younger child of Aurore and Mirelle (they used a donor to conceive).

Compared to his older sister Summer who is talkative, cheerful, and energetic, Rain is the exact opposite; shy, quiet, and calm.

Often seen in the back of the classroom with his hoodie over his head.

Doesn’t talk much, the only people who seem to get him to speak more than a few words is his moms and older sister.

Has playlists of rain noises saved on his phone and plays them to relax.

Sexuality: Bi

Voice Actor: Jacob Hopkins

Aster Albegnes

A budding guitarist in love with all things rock and roll.

Outspoken, blunt, and does not have an inside voice.

Her favorite artists are Kitty Section and Jagged Stone. She even dyed the ends of her hair purple to match the rock star’s.

Aster wears headphones all the time and raises the volume to the max (many of her classmates wonder how she hasn’t deafen her eardrums yet).

Is trying to find members for her band, but a lot of people can’t handle her over enthusiasm (she’s a little controlling when it comes to banding).

Sexuality: Pan

Pierre Keeps

A jokester who enjoys scaring people with his pranks.

The self proclaimed King of Pranks (That title actually goes to René, thank you very much).

He has his own prank channel on Zoo under the masked identity Prank Mastro (everyone knows it’s him).

He enjoys scaring some of the more easily frightened kids (Like Rain or Élodie) at Dupont and loves getting their reactions on video. This has gotten him detention way too many times.

He doesn’t get why everyone’s so serious, no one can take a joke these days.

Sexuality: Straight

Voice Actor: Todd Haberkorn (Zanzo from Hi-Fi)

Leslie Matthews

1/2 theater kid, 1/2 fantasy book lover, all DnD nerd.

Lesile is apart of Dupont’s drama club. She also gets super into character when she’s DMing and she does her own voices too.

Makes her own minis by hand. She makes her own cosplay and costumes.

Claims to only like the classics fantasy’s like Lord of the Ring type books, but is secretly a huge fan of a new cliche romance fantasy series called A Palace of Nightshade and Briars (based off the book series A Court of Roses and Thorns)

Collects dice endlessly and enjoys showing them off to people.

Her last name is actually based off Matthew Mercer, famous Dungeon Master for DnD campaigns like Critical Role/Mighty Nein.

Sexuality: Demi

Voice Claim: Christine Woods

Viviane “Vivi” Roth

Daughter of XY and granddaughter to Bob Roth.

Class President and Leader of the Vanities.

Just as shallow, spoiled and entitled as her father and grandfather (both of them spoil her waaaaay too much). Though is much more better at hiding it.

Is fake as her 'designer clothing' (they're knock offs).

She made Élodie her class deputy in order to push the real work onto her and gain all the credit for it. (“You’re just sooooo much better at this stuff than I am.”)

Aspires to be a famous singer, she’s already got her own album and is #1 on the charts! (It’s trashy and only popular because of how horrible it is).

Is an old ex-friend/crush of Élodie, she rejected her confession and publicly humiliated her with Pierre getting all on video just to make it hurt.

Just to be clear, she didn’t humiliate Élodie because she’s a girl in in love with her, she humiliated her because she thought it was hilarious that a loser like her actually thought she had a chance with an elite like her (which doesn’t make it any better).

Made Élodie her class deputy in order to push the work onto her and gain all the credit for it. (“You’re just soo much better at this stuff than I am.”)

Latches onto Darius as soon as he arrived at Dupont and introduced him to the IT crowd.

Has an on and off relationship with Pierre. (Think like Heather and Alejandro from Total Drama, but WORSE)

May break Chloe's record for causing the most akumas.

Voice Claim: Elise Lovelock

Gianna “Gigi” Garcia

Second in command of the Vanities and Viviane’s right hand.

Is a horrible, horrible gossip, spreading rumors and misinformation on what once was the Ladyblog.

Ladyblog is so last decade, it’s now called the Gigiblog.

Can often be seen on her phone (not even trying to hide it during class) or whispering in the back with Viviane.

Her mom is an editor for the Chloe’s Couture magazine.

Enjoys making up her own gossip just for fun, even if it hurts people in the process.

Has a rivalry with Charlotte as she has more followers than her and desires to destroy her…socially.

Always getting into everyone’s business and making sure everyone else knows it.

Knows how to get someone to talk, usually by building their trust then betraying them once she gets what she wants.

No one in the class (except for Viviane) likes her.

Sexuality: Homosexual

Voice Claim: Mónica Franco

Sylvia “Sylvi” Weiss

Originally Sylvan Weiss, I decided to change her to a girl to fit the Vanities trifecta.

A prodigy ballerina who is slightly ditzy and slightly obliviously around others.

Comes from old money traditional family. Her parents expect her to be the best, no second place.

Is only apart of the Vanities/friends with Viviane, and Gianna because of her parents pushing her to make connections.

She’s not as cunning with her insults, so they are less harsh and less personal.

Has a horrible habit of training day and night until her feet and ankles hurt.

Is insecure about herself and her skills as a ballerina, believing she isn’t good enough.

Secretly desires to spread her wings and try different forms of dancing.

Is genuinely passionate about dancing, not just viewing it as a way to gain her parents’ attention.

Sexuality: Homosexual

Voice Claim: Elle McLemore 

Alexander Graham De Vanily

Son of Felix and Kagami.

Named after Alexander the Great…though he’s more of a Nero.

Is actually around the same age as the Inheritance Class, but currently resides in London.

No one is sure if he’s really human or a sentimonster as Felix still has the Peacock Miraculous with him.

Alexander is warm, trustworthy, and kind hearted….only it’s all fake.

In reality, he’s very manipulative, arrogant, sadistic, and believes himself to be superior to everyone else (He’s a Graham De Vanily and a Tsurugi. Of course, he’s above everyone else).

Kagami does her best to be a good mother, but is afraid of punishing him out of fear of being like Tomoe while Felix views him behavior as normal and doesn’t try to correct it.

Goes to a private boarding school in London, though that may change very soon.

He is highly skilled with blades, so keep any sharp knives away from him.

Adrien and Felix attempted play dates with their sons when they were younger. Neither boys actually remember much from their time together or bonded as their fathers intended. Darius views Alexander as ‘his pretentious cousin’ while Alexander enjoys tormenting Darius that he isn’t really ‘high end blood.’

He may become a problem for the new Ladybug in the future (ohhh boy)

Voice Actor: Robbie Daymond (Akechi from Persona 5)

The few people who might know of Beckett’s anger issues might assume may come from his father (who I have to reveal in a future post). But that is only partially true. Beckett’s agressive actually comes from his mother, (remember the episode Bubblevicious?). To his mother and his family, he’s the sweet studious teen who doesn’t get into trouble. But get on his bad side, you’ll see the blue eyed demon lurking underneath.

When Leo Ross woke up in his little sister’s favorite cartoon, he didn’t know what god he pissed off to be in this hell. He is not only trapped in a French superhero cartoon, but in the body of one of its antagonists: Lucian Rossi.

Not only does he have to avoid the red flag of a protagonist, as well as the two love interests who have suddenly fallen for him?!

Sabrina was willing to play the long game. Bits and pieces came back to her when she put on the Bee Miraculous for the first time. She didn’t know the whole story, but she did know that none of this, Fortuna, even this world was right. So she played dumb, played the complacent sidekick and loyal member of the Miraculers. While Fortuna played the celebrity, Honeybee did her duty as a hero.

Then he appeared, Phantom Fowle. He popped up at random times and took advantage of akuma attacks to get the team off guard. He didn’t seem on Hawkmoth’s side, instead a rogue player in the game of heroes and villains. Fortuna didn’t seem to take him seriously, focusing all her attention on Hawkmoth. He was more of an annoyance, showing up at the worst times. Sabrina wasn’t quite sure about that, a rogue miraculous holder with his own agenda doesn’t sound good to her.

One night, she found him stealing a miraculous from the museum, the fox miraculous.

“Stop!” Honeybee chased after him, her speed made it easy to catch up with him, though he did have a head start.

He stopped along the edge of a rooftop, bouncing on his heels. The fox miraculous dangling between his fingers like some loose prize.

“See you later, Sweet Bee~” She couldn’t help but gasp as he fell off the edge.

Honeybee skidded to a stop as she watched him disappeared into the streets.

She didn’t know what his intentions were but it couldn’t be anything good.

Meet Honeybee and Phantom Fowle in my Blackout AU. While Sabrina may be on Fortuna’s Miraculers as Honeybee, she has her own personal mission. Meanwhile Adrien is taking the Peacock Miraculous and has his own mysterious agenda.

Maybe searching for the meanings might help you with what you have in mind.

Yeah, that’s what initially led me to chose the names in the first place was their meanings. Though I might just cheat and name him Darius Chance Agreste lol

SC&PD Juleka and Rose, Mylene and Ivan

I don’t have a lot to change about these two couples, backstory wise.

Juleka-Tiger Cub

Raised by her father.

Doesn’t have the same pressures on her as Luka, making her more cheerful.

A romantic and wears lighter shades of purple.

Still in a relationship with Rose.

Rose-Magenta Pig

Gloomy, wears darker shades of pink.

Has a curse with being seen in pictures.

Doesn’t talk much.

Still in a relationship with Juleka.

Mylene-Punk Mouse

Don’t talk crap about her friends, she’ll knock your lights out.

Has a really good singing voice…when she’s not screaming during metal songs.

Her hairdo is inspired by Frankenstein’s Bride/Cruella De Vil

Ivan-Farm Bull

Looks big and intimidating, but is a really a sweetheart (so not much different from canon).

Cares about the environment and animals.

Has stage fright.

(Rummaged around in my files and found a little old story about the Powerpuff Girls, decided to revive one of the characters).

Meet Beckett Utonium, son of Bubbles!

17 year old junior at Townsville Public High School.

On the surface, he seems like your average bookworm.

Except he’s got anger issues (not the easily riled type, but the bottled up type of anger issues).

How does he deal with said anger? By beating up low level criminals and gangsters as Townsville’s vigilante, Bruiser.

His vigilante outfit aren’t his own clothes, he snatched them from his aunt Buttercup (except for the mojo jojo face mask, he got that from a store).

Has two older sister: Blythe and Blaire.

Doesn’t have the same level of powers as his mom or aunts or even his sisters, though he does have enhanced strength, invulnerability and speed than the average human (he can’t fly unfortunately)

Can get easily flustered by the smallest amount of flirting.

No one knows about his nightly activities, not even his mom.

He’s all smiles and laughter until you hurt someone he cares about.
