apologies if this has been asked before, but is there a reason you're not using a parent collection? obviously it's always up to mods, but i just really love when multi-year events, and events with idk "sub-events" and such i guess, use them because it makes it so much easier to find and keep track collections (especially since the collection search on ao3 isn't great - ask inspired by how for some reason the '23 and '24 collections aren't showing up when i search for 'febuwhump')

i have literally no idea what a parent collection is. that's the answer

Will you share some of the stats for Febuwhump when you have them? (I've hosted a fandom specific event in the past which includes voting on prompts. That is one of my favorite parts, watching the numbers go up. (we don't tell which one is which but as part of our event each day we give the highest voted, the lowest voted, and then a random prompt the mods liked and my other favorite part is watching which prompts people voted for vs. filled. It's whump prompt math))

Here I am, four days away from getting my over achiever badge, when my internet suddenly shuts down and I am notified that my whole entire router needs to be replaced and I won't get a new one until Monay. I didn't think I was the one supposed to be getting whumped by this challenge

I actually managed all 29 days! Which is crazy because I had a surgery the first week and simultaneously a cold for about 6 weeks... but anyways I completed and I'm actually proud of that. Also, I wanted to thank you for your efforts on running this whole thing, I bet it was pretty hard! ❤️

i have to know, what is the #1 bees fic you cried to the most this febuwhump?

i'll be honest. i have not read a single febuwhump entry. i have several that i have marked for later because i'd like to read them, but i don't think i've read any of them. when i feel actually capable of reading again i will definitely have a look throught the bees prompts though!
