Thank you! I eat around 3500cals a day without trying. Definitely rolling over in bed and bending over to tie my shoes or pick things up off the floor. I'm also filling out my armchairs and things are tighter in general so less comfortable haha

2024 I spent a lot of time doing soul searching, working on improving my mental health, house DIY and improvements so 2025 I'm planning on doing more bucket list items and more fun things and hanging out with friends.

Feedism wise, I'm just enjoying eating what I want and seeing what happens. I don't have any weight goals
