How do I sleep?
A friend told me once: "Do whatever you feel you need to do, so when you put your head on the pillow you are at peace with yourself".
So I do. I always do.
But how can I sleep lightly when I'm always taken for granted, always stepped on.
Always a sunshine and always thrown rocks at for the light.
Always shamed for who I am.
I feel at peace with myself.
But I'm not at peace with how I get looked over. Never heard, never cared, always disrespected.
And how do I sleep with that?
