Please remember that this election determines the rights and future of this nation and all the young people growing up in it today, as well as national influence.
Trump supports Project 2025 and a myriad of other projects to get rid of the rights of women, lgbtq+ people, democratic voters, activists, and etc, as well as supporting genocide.
Kamala Harris supports women and supposedly supports lgbtq+ people and etc. She wants to help the middle class live a more affordable life. She also supports genocide.
Jill Stein doesn’t support genocide. But her VP candidate is a homophobe and a transphobe. They do not speak for you.
They say if you vote for Kamala and not Jill, you’re voting for genocide. I don’t believe this is the case. The Green Party has never won an election and realistically that’s not going to start now. If you vote for Jill, yes, you’re voting against genocide but you’re helping contribute to Trump’s victory because she is never going to win.
Please remember we need to do what’s best for the future possibilities in our nation today. Jill Stein won’t win and I’d rather protest for Palestine in Kamala’s America than Trump’s America. I’d rather live in Kamala’s America.

One is a convicted criminal that wants to institute a dictatorship “on day one only” (with majority support from his party!), would give a greenlight to Project 2025, use a weakened Schedule F to install THOUSANDS of cronies, was just given immunity for “official acts” (what counts as “official”? whatever his Project 2025-instituted judges want, of course), wants to institute military tribunals for his enemies (and allies!), will 100% support Russia in wiping Ukraine off the map, will use the combo of the removal of the Chevron deference/the Supreme Court allowing people to openly bribe them/Schedule F to extend the far-right’s reach into every government agency and deregulate everything to the benefit of his rich capitalist buddies, has already taken away so many freedoms from racial minorities/queer people/women/anyone-that-isn’t-a-rich-white-man that it would take hours to list them all in this post, and so so so so SO MUCH MORE.
The other is Joe Biden.
Remember also, you’re not just choosing a president, you’re choosing his cabinet, potential Supreme Court justices, federal employees as well. With Project 2025 ALONE, Trump would do so much more damage than just what he can do himself. That’s not including everything else his Federalist Society Supreme Court would and have given him on a silver platter.
Project 2025 really deserves a part to itself just to list some of what it includes: complete abortion/contraceptive ban (no exceptions), destroying worker’s unions and protections, remove Social Security/Medicare/Affordable Care Act, eliminate the ENTIRE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, end civil rights protections in government, ban teaching the history of slavery, remove climate protections while gutting the EPA, end equal marriage and enforce the “traditional family ideal”, use the military to gun down protests, mass deportation of legal immigrants (especially Muslims), ending birthright citizenship, pack the lower courts, and plenty more. The far-right wasn’t able to take full advantage of Trump’s presidency the first time since it was so unexpected. They’re preparing so that they won’t make the same mistake again. THERE ARE OVER 900 PAGES OF POLICIES AND PLANS THAT THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL IMPLEMENT IF THEY WIN. READ IT.
Not to mention, if you care about Palestine (like I do, a lot), Trump would be MUCH WORSE for Palestine than Biden, supporting Bibi going “from the river to the sea” and already cut off millions in aid to Palestine in 2018 (which Biden reversed!). If you support a free Palestine and don’t vote blue, you have categorically hurt them more than if you did. There is no quick and bloodless peace deal that both Palestine and Israel would ever agree to. The road to an end of the Palestine-Israel conflict is going to be long and difficult, probably decades of dedicated de-radicalization in both states, and will involve far more than one person’s decisions in the end. Unless Trump takes power, and avoids all that by sending enough bombs to turn the Gaza Strip into dust.
There are a few reasons you would choose to vote third party in a FPTP system (support ranked choice voting btw) or not vote “in protest” while ignoring all the state and local elections that affect your area more than the president. Either that you’re privileged enough to not be affected by what Trump would bring, you’re ignorant of the consequences, or you care more about doing nothing perfectly rather than doing something, anything that isn’t 100% ideologically “pure” to fight against the far-right fascist movement.
Every voter that still supports Trump is energized by every cruelty he enacts, while thousands of Democrats care more about purity tests and manifesting socialist revolution tulpas than avoiding a fascist dictatorship.
Have a brain, touch grass, and vote blue all the way down that fucking ballot.

It’s not mutually exclusive to be privellaged and still advocate for change for people who don’t have that privellage.
This week I’m sitting in a beach house on vacation and I still think Palestinians have a right to their homeland, that everybody deserves to eat, a house, bodily autonomy, education, and a government that actually protects them.

The Medical System needs an extreme reformation and even though i have no idea where to start with what it would take to get there (some better legislation would help!),
I thought I would share a personal experience with how shitty the doctors office can be and how little they listen to you.
7 months ago, I started waking up every morning with extreme nausea and stomach pain. This continued for about a week before I figured I should take it to a doctor because it was definitely more than a common virus - it was SEVERE nausea and nothing else was wrong with me.
I went to the doctor and basically got told they can’t help me if it hasn’t been going on for very long and I need to document what I’m eating and when it happens. I went home and for the next three weeks, still miserable, documented it. I went back and got told,
You guessed it! The holy trinity: pregnant? lose weight, period.
1. I was definitely not pregnant. Still am not. I was legit incapable of being pregnant at the time unless i was the new virgin marry.
2. I am by no means an unhealthy weight. I may not be happy with myself but it’s not an unhealthy weight.
3. A MONTH. IT WAS FOR A MONTH.
They told me to eat better and sent me home. Two weeks later and no help I woke up feeling so so so so disgustingly nauseous that I literally decided to go to the hospital. And after literally minutes they quickly found out that I had an inflammation in my stomach lining.
Why was it so hard for my regular doctors to take me seriously? Why didn’t they try anything?

The reason Biden isn’t doing anything to stop the war on gaza isn’t because he’s anti-antisemitism.
it’s because he makes billions by sending them weapons and in a capitalist country like the united states, money out values human lives.

As protests start ramping up and violence escalates please remember:
DO NOT PUT MILK IN YOUR EYES FOR PEPPER SPRAY OR TEAR GAS.
It can and will cause infection due to bacteria. Flush with water, distilled if possible, and never EVER wear contact lenses to protests where there may be police retaliation.
Please reblog. It may save someone's sight.

Let’s Talk About Poverty And Homelessness.
Criminalization of homeless people is a wide spread problem across the united states. It’s illegal to be homeless in almost every state (48/50). And even without the criminalization, it is still ridiculously hard for homeless people to just EXIST. Anti-homeless architecture is taking over cities, making it near impossible for someone to sit on a bench or lay down to get some rest. Those that do get arrested.
Homelessness is something that affects a large portion of the united states population. while the majority of americans aren’t homeless, it is said that nearly 60% of americans live one pay check from homelessness (source below). So while homelessness is not directly affecting them, it is something that the majority of americans have to live with on their mind consistently.
The systemic issues of federal minimum wage, hard to access financial aid programs, and little to no aid programs in general is ridiculous and needs to end. For a country so dedicated to freedom and prosperity, 60% of the population should not be in fear of the streets.
In nearly all states, you would need to make $15/hr to just barely get buy. But the federal minimum wage, $7.25, has not changed in FIFTEEN YEARS. You’re making less than HALF of what you need to be. The percent increase in housing prices, however, is about 130%.
This is America, land of the free. Home of the brave. Country of “we don’t tax the 1% but the majority are near homeless”.
Like Tupac said, they’ve got money for wars but can’t feed the poor. Billions sent to israel and nothing for our people.
Take your “land of the free” bullshit and shove it where it belongs.

The idea that people who are actively funding a genocide have any moral authority to demand civility is ridiculous. Civil people don't create mass graves! Civil people don't give weapons to those creating mass graves!" end ID.]

Let’s talk about Palestine, Sudan, and Congo and the importance of talking about ALL of them.
I saw a post recently, on instagram, complaining about how everybody is talking about Palestine and nobody is talking about Sudan or Congo. And I believe this to be a huge issue! We need to focus our efforts on ALL of these issues.
They spoke about how when people make posts about Congo or Sudan, people in the comments will comment about Palestine or Rafah, and how unhelpful that is. When someone speaks about one issue and everyone in the comments tries to talk about a seperate issue, while it may not be your intention, you are taking focus from that issue in the video. Think of it like when women bring up women’s day and all the men get pissy in the comments about “why don’t we get a day?”. But they do. They just don’t care until you speak about women’s day.
So when someone speaks about Congo or Sudan, don’t bring up Palestine in the comments. Your performative activism for Palestine in the comments is only hurting the people of Congo and Sudan and taking AWAY from their issues. They have problems too and it’s important to speak about all of these issues, keep our eyes on all 3 countries right now.
However, the way this poster went about talking about it rubbed me in the wrong way. They said that we need to talk about Sudan and Congo more (absolutely true) and stop talking about Palestine in the comments because Palestine is getting most of the media coverage. Which I HEAVILY disagree with.
Yes, Palestine is getting a lot of media coverage. But it’s not getting enough to pressure fascist US leaders to do anything about it, which means we need to KEEP TALKING ABOUT IT.
We need to keep talking about Palestine, we need to start talking about Congo and Sudan. All three are so important, and we shouldn’t take focus off the others to talk about one and we shouldn’t say to ignore one because one is less talked about. All three can be talked about at the same time, we can all advocate for change for all three.

Hello! My name is Ash, I am 18yrs old, and I have created this page to raise awareness on many of the issues that we are facing as a society. I believe that spreading the word is one of the most important forms of protest, aside from actual protest.
But I will not deny that this page will contain lots of socio-political commentary and my own opinions.
As a disclaimer, I would like to say that my words are not calls to violence but to action. And some of the things I say are l more comments on the world than genuine advice.
On this page I would like to go over many of these issues and reference past and potential future issues that created or stemmed from these. It is important to know our history, our current situations, and rights in a time where the U.S. government seems hellbent on erasing history in the process of it happening.
