Spending some time on my own in Granite Falls after the chaos of my San Myshuno trip. It was a much needed break-just me and the great outdoors. And the bugs. So Many. Bugs. I'm covered in mosquito bites. I'll have to come back here with you sometime. It's quiet out here. Lots of time for reflecting and for writing. You better watch out. I'm coming for your writing throne with the amount that I've been writing in my journal lately. There are so many stars out here. In San Myshuno, I was lucky to see a glimmer of the night sky past the light pollution. I've been staying up late, just watching the sky. I'm learning the constellations here. I miss you. I'm in the big city! The skyscrapers here are like nothing I've ever seen. The hustle and bustle here is exhilarating, but also exhausting. I feel like I'm always moving from one thing to the next with no time to rest if I want to experience everything. I'm fine, don't worry. Just a little tired lately, but happy. I saw the San Minions last week. They were just as good in person, if not better. Remember when we would listen to them in highschool together? I bet you've got lots of time to listen to music while you write. You'll have to make me a playlist when I get back. I've been thinking about you lately, and how we left things. I know it's not fair of me to write these things on a postcard that I'm sending off to you with no response, but just know that I still mean it. Traveling is fun, but I think I'm learning that I need someone to come home to. I still hope it could be you. Yours, Reed.

Made it to Tomarang! I'll be staying here for a few months with a host family. They've been so kind to me, showing me around the night markets and the tiger sanctuary. I'm here in the dry season, thankfully. It's hot enough now. I can't even imagine it being hotter and humid. The night markets are amazing. I definitely stand out as a tourist, though. People are always trying to sell me something. I told myself I couldn't get souvenirs because I wouldn't have any room and I've mostly held myself to that. These are kind of like my souvenirs-a bit of everywhere I go that I can send back to you. We're going to visit some world heritage sites. They're bound to be beautiful. I'll make sure to take pictures. I hope you're doing well. Give my hellos to your mom and Elodie. Yours, Reed

I bet your auntie Clementine and Uncle Ryan would love Ravenwood. It's fucking spooky over here!! I didn't know you could take photos of ghosts, but as soon as I figured out it was possible you already know I had to secure a selfie. The lady was super chill and pretty nice to me, even if she kept trying to get me to join her cult? It's permanently gloomy in Ravenwood. I don't think I've seen the sun once. Big change from Sulani, although I guess that wast he point. They're really big into being open about death here. It's been emotional. I wish I could tell you more, but just writing it all on a postcard and sending it off without getting to see your face or hear your voice doesn't feel right. Got your address from El. Hope you don't mind. I would say that I don't know why you didn't tell me your new address, but I think I do. Too bad I'm persistent and stubborn. And stupid. It's beautiful here in Sulani. I'm learning a lot from the locals here, and seeing a few amazing sighs along the way. It's so much hotter than Nordhaven. I bet Henford will get pretty warm in the summer too, but this is a different kind of heat. I'm slowly getting used to it the longer I stay here. My friends here have at least stopped slathering me with sunscreen every time I step outside. They taught me how to jetski, too! I don't think you would approve of how fast we go on those things, and you probably would have had a heart attack seeing how many times I wiped out before I got good enough to ride on my own.
