Part of the problem is when you become overwhelmed and burnt out; making any decisions isn’t what helps. People forget that when you get to a place of burn out. The last thing your mind wants to do is make more decisions. It’s burn out, it just wants to rest and not have to constantly choose this or that.

I feel it building. I am feeling trapped by work and those that are supposed to be considered family. Their toxicity is like flesh eating bacteria. Spreading quickly and leaving only decomposing flesh behind. I can’t be near them. I can’t allow them into my life. I want to scream. I want to be erased so I never have to see them again. I feel trapped.

It’s the ones you didn’t save that impact you the most. The ones you couldn’t save or help. The ones that get forgotten by the world as time goes on. They live on through the people that couldn’t save them.

How do people even create when there is constant interruptions. A simple text, phone call, or hello can derail from the process of thinking for creativity and imagination. People need to learn to be alone and in their own thoughts to truly create what others cannot.
