finn offered her redheaded companion a big, bright smile. everyone always told her she had a gorgeous smile, one that could make all the men swoon! “oh you bet’cha!” she spoke with a chipper tone as gave a friendly pat on the back. “are you ready to ‘bump off’ with all them? we got the moves to do it!” finn didn’t have the most educated vocabulary. she was raised in the country and home schooled by her father; a man of many trades, but he had his rough spots!

As the dancers all gussied up for their usual performance, Pax skipped over to one of his favorite fellow dancers.  "Oh you look as lovely as always.“ He complimented kindly. "Are you ready for another night?” He questioned. He knew a lot of the dancers weren’t the happiest with what they did, so Pax liked to check up on them and attempt to lift their spirits if necessary. // @finnwins

the city was the place of dreams for a use-to-be farm girl such as finn finnegan. at times she got homesick and missed her humble hometown out in the country, but then she remembered that there was nowhere else she could have been in these roaring times of the twenties. she couldn’t become a coward and return to her old life! finn had promised her father to make a name for herself, a name for a family. and perhaps becoming a dancer wasn’t the greatest idea but all the greats started somewhere didn’t they? “well if it isn’t mr. garfield logan,” the redheaded dancer greeted the unexpected attendee. there was a big grin on her face that only spelled trouble. “long time no see! i was beginnin’ to miss your company.”

“Did you say Xion??” Pax perked up at the name. A very well kept secret  at least Pax would like to think it was well kept- he was a big fan of actors and actresses!! Xion being one of them. He has actually met the spunky cerulean eyed girl within his first few days of joining Yen Sid’s community and let me tell you, it was the shock of his life to say the least.  “And if you’d like someone to help you out, I am always willing! finn looked confused for a moment. how did he know who xion was- oh, she almost forgot that her roommate was a popular actress of course! sometimes she genuinely forgot about about the fame that surrounded her friend as finn only viewed her as her goofball roommate. “yeah! it’s the xion you’re probably thinking of.” she confirmed. “man it’s sometimes weird to think of her as popular as to me she’s just my dramatic, good friend.” finn admitted with a sheepish laugh. “hey, how about this? do you need a job?” she questioned in advance before offering her proposition. // @cherrycheerss

A deep, guttural growl made its way past her lips, her nails digging into Finn’s shoulder with a grip tight enough to leave bruises and nail marks. ”Sorry doesn’t fucking cut it.” On a normal day, she might’ve let it slide, might’ve even taken up the offer, but right now she was in too bad of a mood to care. This bitch was going to pay. Taking a deep breath, Ae-ra pulled her hand back and stepped back giving a decent amount of room between the two. Her expression closed off suddenly, wiping any sense of anger or emotion from her. It was any warning before her leg shot out kicking Finn hard in the stomach, her shoe pressing down on the organ to knock all air out of her.  Mildly, she hoped Finn would put up a fight, that’d atleast make things more interesting. On the other hand, if she just stayed in her place, maybe she’d lessen up. Maybe. // @finnwins​

she gasped, the air was knocked from her lungs from the brutal kick in the stomach. there was alarm in her bright eyes as she was ASTONISHED by the sudden violence! what the hell was this girl’s problem?! she was trying to be polite and this woman decides she wants to start a fight?! the redhead took her attacker by the ankle and gave a resilient shove back. “what the fuck?” finn struggled out as she began to regain her breath, creating distance from this vicious stranger! “what is your damn problem?!” // @jfc-jinx

finn hadn’t meant to cross paths with this unknown woman. she’d just been in a rush to meet a friend as she’d lost track of time and found herself almost on the verge of being there late! it wasn’t like her to never meet someone not on time.. the redhead was just strangely punctual and that wasn’t going to change just because she was a bit scatterbrained that afternoon! a small gasp of surprise slipped from her lips when suddenly pinned against the wall and cursed at. it took her a moment to regain her bearings from the surprise of the situation! who even was this, and were they really that angry over just a ice cream cone? yikes, scary.. “sorry ma’am,” finn had tried to respond in a polite tone of voice, but it was kind of hard when the person she was talking to looked like they wanted to murder her! “i hadn’t meant to bump into you, i was in a hurry and accidentally knocked into you. i’ll buy you another cone if you really want like that’s no problem to me.” // @jfc-jinx

Ae-ra’s pinned the other to their spot, a dark look on their face. Gone was the usual bravado and playfulness she usually carried herself with, today was not the day for that. Her bad mood had started a few days prior with it only souring as more time passed by. It was too boring, too calm for her tastes. Last night’s flub didn’t help either. The boys had been a little too playful and nearly gotten them caught-she’d strangled each and every one of them once the assignment was finished. She’d gone to treat herself to some ice cream today-she fucking deserved it-only to have this bitch bump into her and have her drop her cone. “What. The.
