I don't have a strong back HOWEVER this is huge progress and I wish I had before pics but my back is straightening out. I have scoliosis (everyone has it) and it was affecting how levelled my shoulders were and causing chronic pain. Now it's less than 50%. Workout Update: May 22 2020
Haven’t done this in awhile but I thought I’d add this because I went as hard as I could. I love pushing myself til im in tears. Seriously, I don’t notice change unless I do but when I do OHHHH lord it feels great. 
I ran around the track just running as fast as I could for as many times as I could instead of just doing interval training. Reached about 11 minutes. 
Then I did a kettlebell workout and jump rope as fast and hard as I could til I was drenched in sweat top to bottom for like 12 minutes. 
Yes it’s not long but it will gradually increase as pushing hard tends to get me better results in the end.

What I Ate Today: May 21 2020
Miso with wontons (I love this shit so much) 
Chicken pot pie
Salad: Red cabbage, zucchini, red onion, parmesan, kale, mushrooms, and broccoli with a bit of olive oil and chipotle ranch dressing
Butternut squash soup (carrots, butternut, potatoes, butter, olive oil, onions, veggies bouillons,) I added nutritional yeast to it and cumin
Guacamole on toast
Three eggs with lots of broccoli, mushrooms, mushroom seasoning, and cottage cheese
Fruit (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries)
A lime and lemon in my green tea
Jalapeno poppers from pizza pizza

Squash soup. First time making this. One butternut squash, one carrot, three cloves of garlic, half an onion, tablespoon of butter and olive oil, and two vegetable bouillon and salt (5 cups of water). Didn't add any seasoning but I'll probably add curry and tumeric and cumin next time like I do with most of my soups.
