Okay, fine, I’ll also explain this video. That’s science fiction art by Angus McKie being used in the background of “Space Rescue,” performed by Ballet Zoom on the 70s Spanish TV show “Señoras y Señores.” I’m assuming it’s from the Star Wars craze around 1977 or 1978. The entire dance is available on YouTube.

Here’s the second album cover in my Space Helmet Reflection Saturday series to feature an astronaut finding an instrument on the moon. This is ‘A Moog on the Moon,’ by P. Praquin, used for the cover of 1977 album Discover Cosmic - The Klaus Schulze Sessions.

The long-haired fellow is famed electronic music trailblazer Klaus Schulze, who passed away recently. Here’s a video of him at work, if you want to see how well the art captures him. Thanks to John Coulthart for pointing me to this art in a blog post.
