does he have a face? is the mask his face? I've never seen the mask move. not to emote; not to speak; not to come off. he's got a neck. and a tube that goes up into the mask. but for what purpose exactly? life support of some kind surely. but which? having a neck isn't a guarantee that he canonically has a face, with conceptual embodiment in play. i know the model has a face; and it's scuffed as hell.

...So, lore wise. Baro Kiteer made a deal with Wally to be the ONLY Baro in all of existence, so he could be the ONLY one selling his wares to the tenno. Thats how they tied crossplay synching into the game.
One of these Baros is a void clone. He cannot possibly be running the Tennocon Relay and be present in the Strata relay at the same time.
If one of them tells truths and the other tells lies, ask them something silly like "Do most tenno know you as Baro Ki'teer" and we'll find out real fuckin' fast who the doppelganger is LMFAO

#mr8 is perfectly respectable!!! my friends at the time i started rushed me to like; mr5 and kitted me out with a nade launcher#and frankly? once you can access most of the gear; mr stops mattering.#well. unless you want to test your guns on the highest levels of enemies in the simulacrum. and i suppose daily standing cap?#but it ain't a huge deal :3#the question for modding is always about 'how can i make this thing make best use of it's features?'#for frames you'll notice some abilities don't need every stat- titania's razorwing doesn't benefit from range; for example;#so if you don't intend to use the abilities that do benefit from range as much; it can be dropped entirely.#for more holistically demanding frames i tend to drop efficiency a little; because there are more ways to gain energy outside the frame tha#there are to gain strength; range; or duration.#weapons are a question of. well. damage math#you want to capitalise on whatever it's strengths are.#there's the critical hit tier system; which i won't try to explain in these tags#and there's the Conditional Overload status system; which is mechanically inconsistent across guns but can be very strong on the right ones#....i will also not be explaining that in tags.#then damage type status effects: health damage increase from viral status is big under the current system; armor-stripping is a close secon#corrosive strips armor; but more notably so does heat#and viral+heat is possible- toxin + cold + heat#....piling on a billion heat statuses also works; because it uniquely.. adds prior damage to later damage? or something like that.#i am rambling a lot. hm. ok. this is probably overwhelming.
