I need someone more well-versed in vampire lore than me to answer this:

If a pregnant person gets bitten at say 7 months, considering the vampire "virus" keeps you young forever but at like the age you were when transformed, does the baby turn too? And also like if they're stuck at said age, wouldn't the baby stay in the gestation phase forever? Does that mean the person gets to live PREGNANT FOREVER?
