FOREVER I will defend scrappy doo
The problem with him is that they introduced him when they show was struggling (iirc) and eventually got rid of half the cast and put their traits into Scrappy. I watched like... an embarrassing amount of scooby doo and scrappy. The first season or two he's in he's fine. I thought he was funny. My crack theory is that the hatred came from the live action movie.

Insufferable Comic Relief Round 1
Propaganda why Swift Wind is an insufferable Comic Relief:
"He never shuts up. He's unfunny and talk sooooo much!
Joint submission with Sea Hawk. His episode with him is the worst of the show."
"ok the person who nominated him once was so right. i forgot about his annoying ass.
im begging showrunners to stop making "character who wants to liberate oppressed people but is annoying about it" a trope???
also if the brief was "trigger a headache" then the voice actor did a wonderful job"
"He WILL NOT SHUT UP. He says the most inane, obnoxious random crap, and he does it all the time. Ruins every single scene he's in. His voice itself is annoying af, and for some weird reason, even though he's a horse, he looks like the incel chad meme."
Propaganda why Scrappy Doo is an insufferable Comic Relief:
"he’s just so annoying (and in the case of the live action scooby universe: actually evil) #puppypower"
"They replaced Daphne, Velma and Fred with a little pup and made him part of the comic relief. Previously, Scooby and Shaggy were the comic relief by being cowardly in the face of danger. That worked well. But then Scrappy was added, but his whole running gag was thinking he could actually take anything on and being brave compared to Scooby and Shaggy. The joke got old two episodes in."
"Has managed to become the punching bag of the franchise, and even that joke is now stale."

officially decided that anyone who tries to divide the lgbt community is a fed. i dont care if you're not actually a fed, if you're causing infighting in a minority community then you're a fed who just isnt getting paid to be one. either apply for a job at the CIA or shut the fuck up

You’ve driven me near madness with your peering through the keyholes and gaping through the curtains, and now you’ll suffer for it! You’re crazy to know who I am, aren’t you?! All right! I’ll show you!
