Narrative Comic (April 2018)-
This is my last Graphic Storytelling assignment and sneak peek into the prologue of the comic that Iâm creating. The assignment was to create a comic that revealed some new information about the characters and/or world.Â
The premise is that Mav wakes up to find her companion, Wyrm, being kidnapped and taken to an alien ship. Most of the dialogue is in an alien language I developed called âDirvishâ which I created an actual font for as shown above. Honestly though, Iâm the most proud of the literal space ship I designed and drew.Â

Photoshop CC
Glyphr Studio (For the font)

Page Design (March 2018)-
Another project I did for my Graphic Storytelling class. We had to design a comic page that also worked as an illustration. Basically, giant spiders have taken control of NYC after a nuclear war destroyed humankind.

Mavâs Backstory Infographic (February 2018)-
For my 4th Graphic Storytelling project, I had to make an infographic about my character, Mavâs, origin story. I tried to go for a non-linear approach in regards to reading so you can start reading anywhere at the top of the tree.

Clip Studio

âWasp Fight Scene- Storyboardâ (February 2018)-
My Graphic Storytelling assignment was to create a storyboard incorporating multiple perspectives and revealed something unknown about my character, Mav. I figured out how to create perspective guidelines in Photoshop CC so now my whole life is different.
Narrative:Â
Mav is riding on the back of a giant wasp with her companion, Wyrm, following closely beside her. She proceeds to stab the wasp in the thorax with her sword causing it to spiral to the ground. The dying wasp crashes into the deserted highway road, creating a cloud of dust and dirt. Mav slides down the wing of the dead wasp and puts her sword away as she reorients herself. She calls out to Wyrm so they can leave, but becomes concerned when he doesnât appear.

GameFest Logo (April 2017)- I was commissioned by RPIâs Humanities, Arts, and Social Science (HASS) department to create a logo for their annual video game event called âGameFestâ. The event featured a showcase of student games, presentations from veteran game designers and developers, and a competition between many Northeastern schools. The overall theme of the event that year was âIntersecting Orbitsâ which is what the logo is based on.
