Oh! Speaking of, made an AU of your Au, this is Paton Afton (who is seperate but not too dissimilar to Hatchet!Paton). Being created by Will in one way or another is just a constant for this bnu, sadly

They kinda take on a similar role to game Mike, looking most similar to William and trying more than Vanessa to set things right. Of course Vanessa is part of the HFPD, and like Shapiro wouldn't fall for the Clivesdale hate, but unlike Shapiro would definitely believe the supernatural shit that's going on sometimes. Paton's bunny ears are now Spring Bonnie merch from the pizzeria. Funny idea idk if I'll include it, but Paton made the Pizzeria a black altar so they can talk to the LIBs easier, but also thanks to them the children's ghosts can stick around/they made remnant possible! That's their Bite Of '83 ig

the in-universe true crime surrounding what happened at freddy’s must be INSANE. like think about how big true crime is now.

imagine living in the fnaf universe and you find out about the case. and literally, still to this day, no one knows what actually happened.

Sure, a lot of fingers point to Henry. but his daughter died too. so either henry killed his own daughter, and the other kids. or william killed henry’s daughter, the other kids; and quite possibly his own kids. either way it’s insane. they both drop off the face of the earth around the same time, so neither of them could’ve been charged or investigated

and what do people think their motive was?

for william it’s probably a lot of needing power, wanting fame, actual psychological mental issues (just wait until people dig enough to find out about his childhood)

and what was henry’s motive? he just snapped one day?

a lot of people either assume there was in affair going on (henry was sleeping with william’s wife) so william got his revenge but killing the thing henrh cherished the most

other theories suggest that they might’ve loved each other, couldn’t act on it, (it was utah in the 80s. come on guys) and things went horribly wrong after one of them confessed their feelings

another theory is business disagreements. common.

but lastly, some people think it was neither henry or william, and it was a different, third party who commuted the murders. or! it was all of them working together

not one person is left though. not one person to tell the story and admit what truly happened.
