Memories on the Shoreline: Rekindled is coming soon!

I'm happy to announce that we're going to be taking over development of Memories on the Shoreline and producing a major remake of the game including updated artwork and an edited script. Here's a sneak peak 👀

The remake will include:

Brand new art, including new character designs, sprites, and CGs and UI.

An updated and edited script.

Gender choice for the protagonist, making this an Otome + BL game

New music

Announcement: Wisteria Realms will be merging into Foleso.

Wisteria Realms will be merging back into Foleso Games. This was a difficult decision, but one I didn't make lightly. 

The reasoning is pretty simple: I'm tired, and don't have the strength or energy to manage two separate pages and identities for my projects. After the release of For the Love of Christmas, which ended up being a free game despite my initial desire to release it as commercial—and it making exactly $20 in donations, all $20 of which came from my mom (bless her heart), after spending over $2,000 on it was a blow. 

And the reason it was a blow was because I know I could've done better if I just pushed myself and marketed it harder. But I didn't. Instead, I retreated into depression and anxiety and completely stayed away from development for three whole months. 

As such, For the Love of Christmas will be moving onto the Foleso itch.io page soon, and the following pages will be inactive: wisteriarealms.com wisterarealms.bigcartel.com 

Development of Maledictorian will be under Foleso as well, with no changes to the team working on the game behind the scenes.

The social media pages will still remain up, but they will be inactive and point to the Foleso socials instead.  Email subscribers will also be merged with the Foleso mailing list.

I want to thank everyone who's been so supportive of this endeavor and I hope to see you all around in the future as well.

Demon Kiss v1.2 released + Sticker Giveaway!

Hello everyone! I’m a little late, but am glad to announce the Demon Kiss v1.2 has been released! I’m also doing a small giveaway for stickers below ⬇

First, let me talk a little bit about Demon Kiss, if you’re not aware.

The Synopsis:

Felix thought the only thing to fear about a trashy Halloween party was the watered-down beer. Then a demon attacked.

Characters:

Felix works as an IT guy in a small law firm. He's used to dealing with broken printers and people freaking out over minor issues.

But his true passion is playing video games. As a hardcore MMO player, Felix has plenty of virtual friends who understand him.

Unfortunately, his only real-life friend is his bubbly co-worker Vanessa who insists on pushing him out of his comfort zone. Despite his reluctance to listen to her, he appreciates her concern for his well-being

A lonely demon who lives in his very own mansion in hell. He lived alone for so long he'd convinced himself that it was for the best.

He's easily irritated and unforgiving: Trisetar holds grudges for centuries. His power is so terrifying that even demons don't dare cross him.

He has his own mysterious reasons for invading Earth despite a millenia of peace.

Felix's best friend who just wants to get him out of the house. And laid.

The Update

The base game was created last year (around this time) for NanoRenO 2020. It was a little unpolished, but I was extremely overwhelmed by all the love and support it received.

That’s why, this year I decided to give it a nice pick-me-up:

Revamped GUI.

Background updates.

Russian Translation.

Several bug fixes.

Clearing a few things up!

I’m not sure if I’ve got a lot of people following me here, but there are a few things I’d like to clear up:

Development on “For the love of Christmas!” is permanently placed on hiatus.

My current projects are: Franken Tutor and Switch On! Robot Cupid, and another secret project.

I sincerely apologize that some of my previous posts were wrongly tagged.

This is because I used a bot to auto-crosspost from Twitter and Instagram, which led to some misleading tags.

From now on, all my posts on Tumblr will be manually created by me, and I will be checking it more often.

The third character for Demon Kiss: You have Vanessa! She's always peppy and bubbly, trying to get Felix to go outside. She can be pretty self-centered, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have Felix's best interests at heart!
