  Birthplace: Ritchini (a small town near the Sea of Rust)

  Hometown: Ritchini

  Extra Notes: Nightbeat was born in the middle of nowhere, but she didn’t stay there. She was born with a curious mind that needed to solve everything and anything. Being near the Sea of Rust with multiple ruins, she had a grand ol’ time exploring.

  When the war began, Nightbeat was first neutral. Hired by Autogem, Deceptigem, and even the Forger in secret hired her to find secrets within the Sea of Rust and be a tour guide. She became quite rich from these adventures.

  When Cybertron was killed, Nightbeat had to pick a side. She chose Autogems because she had a friendship with Hardhead. But most of the time she spent alone, exploring planets and discovering mysteries.

  One of these nearly cost her her life. She was discovered and tortured by Nova Prime into a willing slave. After Nova was conquered, Nightbeat healed without any side effects. She doesn’t even remember, except for the occasional nightmare, what happened to her during Nova’s slavery. People think it’s something that must have affected her during her travels.

  She now travels on the Lost Light, looking to solve a great mystery no one else has solved...

Halloween Special!

This takes place after my planned ending for Gemformers “MTMTE/LL”. Please bear with me and come along the ride!

You WILL see multiple design changes. Some of these characters are first drawing, so Im figuring out final designs... and I’m playing with new pencils. 😛

Wonder

Data Sheet: FUSION

  FUSION BETWEEN:Overlord and Ellie

  Weapon: brute strength is her go-to, but she has been known to summon Magic Laser Crystals

  Powers: Too big a list

  Extra Notes: Wonder is definitely the “Garnet” of the group... meaning it’s rare to see the fusion apart. As well, she is one of the most dangerous of the group, despite being only human-sized.

  Despite this, Wonder is easiest one to approach. She has a heart of gold and will accept anyone. She will be the first to jump in to save someone, and always advocates peace first.  With her giant knowledge database, Swerve sometimes calls her the Doctor.

  But do not underestimate her. The moment her friends are in danger, she will jump in. With the powers and battle knowledge of Overlord, and new powers and summons coming from Ellie’s endless imagination, Wonder is the most dangerous person on the battlefield.

  Wonder is surprisingly neutral. She doesn’t take one side of the Autogem/Deceptigem war. She instead tends to stick close to her friends, or fight for whatever side is right. Her loyalty to her friends led her to being a member of the Lost Light, and the RodSquad.

Ellie

Data Sheet:

  Gem Type:None, Human

  Weapon: Bag of Doom (her ultra-heavy purse)

  Family, if Any: conjunx to Overlord, did have a human family but they’re passed on

  Birthplace: Will not Reveal, but it is someplace in America, Earth

  Hometown: Lost Light

  Extra Notes: Ellie was born with mild Aspergers. While she managed to live a mostly-functional life, there were multiple quirks to her, and she continued to do things considered out of the ordinary. So much so, that when the Move Out Bill came out, she was taken by the government and locked away in a stasis tube... the original plan was to eject them all into a sun, and clean away the “impure people”.

  Ellie’s chaotic mind and vast imagination changed that. Her mind took over the program as Megacron. The stasis pods ended up spending millenia traveling the universe, looking for a place the Impure could consider “home”. Not finding any luck, Megacron returned to Earth to see if they’ve improved... and all the pods were shot down.

  Megacron wiped her existence from Ellie’s mind and the others’ minds to protect them from the human authorities. Those who survived the attack were given homes among the populace. But public opinion hadn’t changed much. Ellie was hard up to find a home that accepted her.

  And then she ran into Verity Carlo with the supercomputer.

  Ellie quickly found her Transformers and Steven Universe knowledge, now considered ancient legends at Earth’s point, to be the biggest boon. She couldn’t let things stand by and explode on their own. So Ellie jumped in to help save the day... her knowledge and chaotic mind ending up predicting Starscream’s plot and saving the day... even against Scorponok’s Force-Fusers.

  Ellie then went to Garrus-9 to get Sunstreaker mental help after her experiences. That was where she met Overlord, and finally met someone willing to accept and love her for who she was. Thus led to their first fusion and the defeat of the Wreckers and the original Overlord.

  Now the duo spend most of their time as the fusion Wonder, loving each other too much to split most of the time. But you’ll hear more next time!

Overlord

Data Sheet:

  Gem Type: Diamond

  Weapon: Missiles, Laser-Diamonds, Pure brute strength

  Family, if Any: conjunx endura to Ellie, adopted daughter Lionheart

  Birthplace: Luna 2, Mine Shaft 1792

  Hometown: Garrus-9, Lost Light, Cyloa City (depending on when in the series)

  Extra Notes: Overlord was born mysteriously in a mine shaft. Two miners found him wandering near his exit hole. They tried to take him in themselves, but the Senate found out a Diamond had been born late. They forced Overlord to kill his own parents, threatening them with endless suffering if he didn’t. While Overlord found a twisted sense of love in killing, that day also began his hate of authority.

  Overlord was trained as an elite agent of the Senate. But then Megatron appeared and bargained for Overlord to be one of her agents. Overlord laid down a simple challenge: beat him, and he shall join. This ended up being the first time Overlord was poofed. But when Overlord rematerialized, it was as an her not a him. But the same twisted demenour remained.

  Overlord fought Megatron’s authority constantly, her form swapping from male to female and visa-versa with every poofing. While his-her skill made her-him worthy of a Six-Phaser, she could barely be controlled.

  She-he had many acts of rebellion... including kidnapping and learning from Trepan, a great metasurgeon (TF counterpart: mnenosurgeon). But then Megatron found out and forced Overlord to make the same decision she-he did in the mine shaft... leading to Trepan’s death.

  Overlord then heard about the Aquitas computer, and went to Garrus-9. Glad to be rid of a nuasance, Megatron ignored this, and it led to the suffering of many under Overlord’s “reign”.

  During that timeframe, Overlord had an epiphany. She-he released the pain and sickness he-she was causing, and it sickened her. From that day on, she turned Garrus-9 into a medical institution for the mentally unwell and cracked gems.

  She-he found true love and acceptance in the human Ellie, despite her-his changing gender constantly daily (which is, sadly, still unofficial taboo in many gem circles). They are now rarely seen without each other... literally, since they usually stay as the fusion Wonder.

Science

Data Sheet: FUSION

  FUSION BETWEEN:Brainstorm and Perceptor

  Weapon:Sniper Rifle that blasts anything

  Powers: Super Intelligence, as well as able to scan and determine the makeup of almost anything

  Extra Notes: Science came actually as a joking suggestion from Brainstorm to Perceptor in a lab when joking about fusion Wonder (I promise, we’ll get to her eventually). To Brainstorm’s surprise, Perceptor accepted. Despite struggling with her own mixed emotions, they fused...

  In a lab way too small for a two-story fusion.

  Science became a bit of a private thing between the two after that, as a way to deepen the bond. She specifically waited until everyone was asleep to fuse, primarily in the Pool area... really the only room big enough to hold her. Eventually Magnus found out and got her a bigger lab. Otherwise, there was a brief appearance during the DJD battle, but not much else.

  After the Functionalist Primus event, the two halves of fusion finally started exploring their relationship, and fusing a lot more often. While Science cannot stay fused as long as Wonder or Garnet yet, she is getting to that point.

  Science is typically a non-combatant except in extreme scenarios. Even then, she’s usually far away with her sniper rifle. Science can scan anything and determine what it’s made of and typically how. This does apply to lifeforms, but no where to the extreme. Science can also build nearly anything imaginable.

Perceptor

  Weapon:Sniper Rifle

  Family, if Any: None, relationship with Brainstorm

  Birthplace: Iacon

  Hometown: Iacon

  Extra Notes: Perceptor was made to be a scientist, she was a scientist. The best one known ever. This was true throughout her whole lifetime... until a disastrous mission with the Wreckers.

  After a near-death experience, Perceptor decided to take her fate into her own hands. She figured out how to be a sniper, and quickly became the best. However, she developed a bit of a hard, emotionless shell.

  After the war, she returned to being a scientist, being the chief scientist on the Lost Light. There, she is rediscovering her emotions while being the best on science. She is discovering love for Brainstorm, who at first was very uneasy about it for unknown reasons. After the Timecase Adventure, their relationship started to bloom...

Brainstorm

Data Sheet:

  Gem Type: Quartz

  Weapon: recently just got her first blaster, but is a horrible aim

  Family, if Any: None

  Birthplace: Unknown, but it’s believed to be roughly in the Iacon facility

  Hometown: Lost LIght

  Extra Notes: Swerve was born as a part of an illegal Kindergarten near Iacon. The Senate swooped in an killed all... Swerve was part of a small group that managed to escape. They pretended to be from a legitimate Kindergarten in order to blend into society. Swerve was discovered to have a knack for medicine, and became a doctor, despite her dream of being a barkeeper. But knowing if her secret ever got out, she would be shattered. So she developed a habit of hiding her bitness behind laughter and always chatting.

  When the war came around, Swerve nearly became a Deceptigems. But something about her Decepticon patients bugged her, so when the Autogems rose, she jumped on the bandwagon.

  She wasn’t much help in the war, refusing to be a medic. She mostly got outlying guard duty. The one exception was the time the DJD invaded the planet she was on... she couldn’t speak for days, terrified the DJD would come and destroy her, or one of her fellow Autogems.

  She eventually recovered, and rejoined active duty. When the Lost Light took off, Swerve saw a chance to leave the world she was terrified of and go to a new one. Swerve also got the chance to open her dream bar at long last. While she will be pulled along to sometimes help in the medibay, she is primarily in the bar, jokingly named Swerve’s.

Skids

Data Sheet:

  Gem Type:Quartz

  Weapon: None, but can turn anything into a weapon

  Family, if Any: None surviving, secret relationship with Rung

  Birthplace: Nova Crum

  Hometown: Unknown

  Extra Notes: Skids was originally born in the city of Nova Crum (also called Nova Clod). Kind of like the name suggests, it wasn’t a place for a gemling to be raised in reality, and both of Skids’ parents died when she was only 11.

  It was at that point, though, that she was found by Senator Shockwave. She was taken to the Academy of Scientific and Theological Studies (Also just known as Iacon Sub). Shockwave’s original plan was to find Skids a different set of parents, but quickly discovered that Skids had an unusual power... she could learn anything as quickly as one could reform. Skids was entered into the Outlier Program to help develop her abilities.

  When the war began, she started out as one of Optimus Prime’s Elite Guard. But after time, she broke off from the Guard and became a bomb negotiator. She was captured during this timeframe and taken to the prison camp Grindcore, and had an experience which broke her mind. She spent weeks as a corrupted gem monster, which was responsible for destroying Grindcore in the end.

  No one knows how Skids was healed, but in the end she returned to an humanoid form. It was at this point, Prowl forced her to join her ‘black ops group’, the Theorticians. It was during a mission with Tyrest that Skids’ gem was officially cracked, resulting in loss of multiple memories and a chaotic form.

  She eventually escaped the mad judge and ended up on Hedonia, which is where the Lost Light crew picked her up. Rung has been helping her carefully retrieve her memories and heal her gem, but the two have developed a much deeper relationship. They work to keep professionalism and their feelings separate, but they know if they’re caught it’s terrible repercussions for both. So for now, their relationship is a secret...

Rung

Data Sheet:

  Gem Type: Pearl

  Weapon:Spear

  Family, if Any: None, in a secret relationship with Skids

  Birthplace: Unknown, but is believed to be roughly the Pious Pools area

  Hometown: Pious Pools

  Extra Notes: Rung was created by the Forger as Primus, the first gem. Because of this success, the Forger gave Primus the ability to create life via the Matrixes she could create.

  But then came Adaptus’s Treachery (no, Adaptus is not White Diamond), and Primus became Rung, and easily forgettable. The Forger banished Adaptus, and helped his creation to hide in plain sight.

  Rung is one of the very few who have lived since the creation of the gems, through the Rose Rebellion, the Prince’s Return, and the Senate’s Rule. Rung ended up eventually as a psychiatrist, joining the Autogems as a war doctor. Though, secretly, she has treated those of both sides.

  She now joins the Lost Light to find a better home. Despite Wonder’s speech, Rung didn’t feel Cybertron was no longer safe. As one of the few Forged still living, Rung decided to find the ancient homeworld of the gem god.
