A head canon I have is that post canon when Carmen and gray have reunited and go on missions together, they have one with ACME, they're working with the team( Zack, ivy, chase and julia) and chase makes a joke about being brainwashed like Carmen asks if chase has stopped damaging cars and he replies with "it's come down, chief would need to brainwash me to make it stop completely" he doesn't think much of it, just says it and carm and gray just look at him like " dude, seriously", ivy tells him that was insensitive ignoring the fact that Zack, julia and her were totally laughing about it.

I don't get why some people have such a hard time accepting the fact that Carm and gray went on a date and actively claim they never did, like I don't know how to break this to you but a guy who lost his memory and thinks he just met a pretty girl is not asking her out to coffee as friends same goes for the person who previously had a platonic relationship with said person, knows he's asking her out, doesn't mind it and agrees to go, seeing it as a second chance, oh, and she also flirts with him, let's not forget that. What is so hard to accept.

Zari is such an underrated character, julia might be the analytical and clever person of the group but zari is the no-nonsense, get's things done and imo, the most competent ACME agent. ALSO let's not forget she tried to run Carmen over with a rollercoaster and was having fun with it.😁

Is it just me or is there like a genuine lack of wholesome rc content post-canon, like it really feels like there's the various different interpretations of reuniting but barely anything about after and while obviously you're allowed to write about how you imagine them reuniting, it just feels like there's so many unexplored dynamics post it, if you get what I mean.

I’m a fan of another ship, but I think Grey left Carmen in the end because he wanted to give her a chance at a normal, peaceful life with someone like Chase, who’s on the good side of the law. Grey himself clearly kept stealing and knew Carmen would never accept that. It’s possible that Grey even continues to secretly watch over Carmen’s life, protecting her peaceful existence from enemies and those who wish her harm.

I'd address your ask by separating it to different statements.

In Gray's own words, he doesn't want to "complicate" her life, paralleling Carmen's own, he doesn't think she needs him anymore after all that has happened and she'll be better off without him, your comment seems to imply that you think they won't meet each other again or stay in contact, which, to be frank, I think is ridiculous, Carmen isn't about to let her last memory of him being her nearly killing him, and after everything that's happened neither of them are gonna stop trying to make this relationship work. A normal life is also simply not something that I see Carmen enjoying, the finale itself proves that.( And peaceful simply isn't in the equation). Chase being on the "good side of the law" really doesn't matter to either of them, gray would want her to be with someone who cares about her regardless of what side they used to be on (shadowsan wasn't exactly on the good side for long but he's still someone who cares about her), Carmen's intentions are on the good side, but her way of accomplishing it is obviously not and considering she constantly tries to get gray on her side it doesn't matter as long as she wants them either.

I'm not sure whether you're referring to the incident at the Himalayas or whether you think he'll still steal post-canon, if you're referring to the former then on gray's part that's understandable, the amnesiac version of him wasn't him so he went back to the last thing he knew the real him did, if you're referring to the latter, then there's no way he continued, his deal with ACME meant he would have been arrested had chief not given him a pardon, continuing stealing( big heists not small ones, it wouldn't be enough) would mean when he get's caught he'd actually be locked up this time, also now that he's a traitor with the VILE breakout, he'll be a target and stealing would just make him easier to catch, I don't see him continuing. I agree that Carmen wouldn't accept him stealing unless it's on her side.

Yeahh, if he was there is no way Carmen wouldn't know, he alone also can't protect her peaceful existence which she's bound to break on her own and Carmen herself is very skilled and can protect herself, and she has her friends and ACME now on her side, he wouldn't really worry about that.

Ignoring the fact that apparently gray's into spy movies, imagine if this was the case, in an au where Carmen didn't end up on VILE, and was actually a secret agent, gray got mindwiped because of an actual slip up on the job, basically the entire story Carmen told him was actually true, her having gotten wind of the launch codes and ends up on bellums lab she digs deeper and comes into contact with ACME and learns about VILE, then when gray gets his memories back and Carmen learning the cute Guy she liked was part of the organization she's now trying to hunt down and he leaves her for them.

I feel like we really overlook Carmen's good at flirting herself, I feel like we really only acknowledge gray's flirtiness, but "luckily for me, my electrician dropped out and I'm hoping you can help" is my favourite. Like there is nothing lucky about losing your electrician right before an important performance and I think it's cute.

There are gonna be so many honorable mentions, but here are the top 3

1) When Carmen leaves him for his own safety:- Knowing just how much she wants to be with him, asking him to join her on the train, and willing to go on the date and take the second chance but ultimately choosing to leave him be as he has a new chance at life and she doesn't want to take that away from him, it's just so

2) Carmen choosing gray's safety over shutting down bellums device:- I feel like this one is just so underrated, remembering how much importance Carmen puts on stopping VILE that it's the only time we've seen her yell, and the device was RIGHT THERE, in just a moment she could have gotten rid of that device but she choose to prioritise gray.

3) Gray willing to go to jail if it meant Carmen would be back to herself:- can't forget this one, dude really was going to do away with all his life ambition for her and spend probably the rest of it in a cellar, which in his pov would probably also have meant never seeing her again, all for her.
