Just a Quick Check In

I'm sure some of yall have noticed due to my lack of presence. I am currently on a social break.

This is the part of the year that hits hardest for me, and until May passes, I'm constantly in an emotional roller coaster.

It's the 9th year since I lost someone, and I often find that I have a harder time being myself and don't like subjecting others to my down self.

Once May is over I'll spring back again.

I should also have the next part of my story ready. It's easily gonna be a 3 part one.

Last Song: Okay, so first, I feel like I need to defend my music. I listen to ALOT of music. I love all genres. But it's Battlefield by SkyDxddy.

Fave Color: I like purple, blue, pink, and a very specific shade of orange. Look up corvette rose and you'll see how pretty that is.

Last Book: Do manhuas count? If so, then it would be; I Became The Wife of the Male Lead. If not, then it would be Eldest from Christopher Paolini's Inheritance series.

Last Film: uhhhhh, what movie did I last watch again? I honestly can't remember.

Last Tv show: Ok, I DO remember this one. Currently rewatching Soul Land 2 while waiting for new episodes.

My current obsession is seeing how many times in a row I can listen to the exact same song and still like it. For the record, I've been listening to it at every free moment for 4 days. Still like it!

Looking Forward to: Disney to release the remake of Eragon as a Tv show!! (The movie was a massive flop. The books are fantastic!!!!) And ofc anything having to do with my hubby. That includes you @salemrph I NEED THE NEXT CHAPTER!! PLZZZZ

I didn't even know attacking people over HCs was a thing.

Like is our Fandom of what is at the end of the day a game, this petty?

Are we not (for the most part) grown ass adults?? Was a mistaken, and our Fandom is actually under the control of entitled five year Olds?

Like, come on, guys! We are BETTER than this!! If you don't like it, it's clearly not written for you! There are people who DO like that. I think it would be absolutely mind-blowing if MC has a kid with any of the LIs. Cause those men are gorgeous! Their babies would be stunning!! But that's me.

As the two other blogs stated, pregnancy isn't for everyone, and you know what? That is ok! It's completely fine.

Remember yourself and that your opinion does not get to control someone else. You can 💯 discuss and debate opinions but do it in a respectful manner. Don't be a keyboard troll. It's just not cool.

So the fandom is seriously fussing because people wanna headcanon that mc is pregnant after seeing Zayne nuzzle her stomach in his newest card

This fandom is weirdly gatekeepy I swear. If people can ship the LIs and put them in a polyship with mc, then others should be allowed to headcanon mc being pregnant

We're literally always headcanoning that the LAD men would be great girl dads. But when the headcanon of mc being pregnant comes out y'all lose your minds? Make it make sense

So mc being pregnant makes someone uncomfortable because they don't like the idea of pregnancy or it's just not for them? Okay well I'm monogamous in real life and polyships aren't for me. And maybe the idea of sharing mc and passing her around like a blunt makes me uncomfortable. But instead of hating on the hc, I choose not to be in one. Same logic applies here. If pregnancy isn't for you, you don't gotta get pregnant and you don't have to like the headcanon. But that's no reason to attack the fan who wrote the fic about pregnant mc or belittle the fans who like the headcanon. To quote many of the hypocrites in the fandom, it's not that deep✌🏻✌🏻
