I don't know particularily him well, but from what we've observed and gathered about Aizen's Espada, Coyote Starrk appears to have strong principles and sense of duty. We could have used more Arrancars like him to serve His Majesty rather than deal with Quilge's questionnable picks and all the unnecessary drama they brought with them to the Wandenreich.

There would actually be quite a lot to say about Isa, she's one of those very few people who has far many positive traits about herself than flaws. I'm not sure I can pick a favourite thing, because everything I'd say would simply be factual.

But I'd go with her ability to look at the world and people through a positive lense, I used to think only naïve individuals had such an approach to life, but now I find admirable that one is able to do so, even after witnessing what it is capble of.

She's also the smartest person I've met and an excellent doctor with impeccable professionalism and ethics. (Main verse)

Her presence is tolerable. She's polite and level head, in a way I trust to be genuine, contrary to Unohana Retsu. She appears to have some sort of personal conduct and ethics, which is very out of the ordinary for a Shinigami and a welcoming change. But I'll remain cautious in my praises. It is too early to tell whether or not her mentor has established a 'precedence' amongst the 4th division.
