Today my younger brother and I started working out together. If you train together, you gain together! One of my older brothers is gunna join us too starting tomorrow! Fit family incoming? I'll try to get clips of when I'm actually doing more of the workouts lol I think having others to workout with will help with the motivation. I've been practicing flexibility though for a couple weeks and I just noticed today I can touch my toes for one of the first times ever in my life. Even when I was a gymnast I always had a hard time touching my toes. I found this Youtuber who I love her content, but sadly I feel I needa stop watching it because I think it's coming off as doomscrolling for me. She does her makeup and discusses true crime cases which I find fascinating and all, but I do honestly feel myself being a bit more down lately and I can't help but feel it's due to the content I've been consuming.
