My friend group (S & J) wanna go out to Cici’s pizza for dinner but everything is so high cal and the one we’re going to has no salad station or anything :( what do I even do bc I already agreed to it the other week
I’m thinking like. Fast all day and then have like. 2 pieces and say I feel sick and fill up on Diet Coke so that my cal count is at like 400-500 from it??? Augh… :( help

My bf made me eat dinner yesterday but it still only got me up to 854 and that’s being generous with the calories on what tiny bits I ate of some stuff lol
