Waterfall is a fairly new social media platform, who just celebrated their first year online. It’s constantly evolving, and, as of the 20th of december 2019, has had many updates in its beta!

I’ve spent about 7 months and here are features from the website:

An anti art theft system (If someone tries to repost you art, it is converted as a reblog)

A small but welcoming community

A commission marketplace (still in alpha, but makes commissions more accessible to everyone and easier for both commissoner and commissonee)

Sideblogs that act like blogs of their own (own set of following/dashboard, can send asks as sideblog, etc)

A blacklist system that works better than Tumblr’s (still in beta)

Staff is open to suggestions and feedback (A discord server and constant updates)

NSFW blogs are tagged properly and are invisible to minors

No bots (so far)

Art of child porn is prohibited (as well as “aged up”), since it’s illegal

Random featured art post (not just popular ones) on dash, which means your art has more chances of being reblogged by more people!

No intention to put ads on the site!

how does the habitat minecraft world work if you dont mind me asking

I’m not sure I get your question but!! I can try answering.

It’s a world in which you spawn in your room in the habitat. You can then explore around and go through all the different rooms of the Habitat. The habiticians aren’t present however. At night, you get blindness, which parallels nighttime in Smile For Me.
