Did the Harts live in Bel Air or Beverly Hills ?
Bel Air. The address used on the show is 3100 Willow Pond Road, Bel Air, CA.
But the house used for exterior shots is actually in Brentwood, CA. It was once owned by June Allyson and Dick Powell who were friends of Aaron Spelling and Robert Wagner.
June guest starred as Elizabeth Tisdale (Max’s pen pal) in S5 E21.
Also, I'm still a bit disappointed that one of the recent owners had the pool filled in with cement.

Why doesn't Jennifer Hart wear her 10 carat diamond ring or even her wedding band in many episodes?
I think it’s a continuity/props error by whoever was in charge of that. It seems they were relaxed and allowed the actors to wear their own jewelry in many episodes.
R.J. wore his personal jewelry during the television series which looked fine as he was wearing his own wedding band. But sometimes Stefanie would wear a gold band on her ring finger or gold rings on other fingers.

Jennifer: “You can say that again.”
Jonathan: “Look at you.”
Jennifer: “What?”
Jonathan: “You’ve been through it and you look gorgeous.”
Jennifer: “You’re only saying that because you love me.”
Jonathan: “I certainly do.”

Hello,my name is Mario from Germany.I hope so you can help... Iam looking for the original Theme Music without Max Voice from all 5 seasons. If you have an idea ?? Thank you so much. All the best, Mario P.:S Your blog is so lovely !!! I love the Harts from the first telecast in Germany 1984 !
Hello Mario,
Thanks for the complement. I’m glad you like this tumblr. Unfortunately, I was unable to find instrumental versions of the theme for all 5 seasons. I’ve heard that they were never released on vinyl or CD and that’s probably part of the reason why it’s so hard to find.
I did find a version with Max’s voice over and without his voice over. Also, here’s a fan’s version of the theme which isn’t too bad. If I do find a better version, I’ll post it on here or send you a message.
