Edit: I have been informed that these are the names of some moderators on the ag67 discord server, which I have not yet found a valid link to join. still, they are canonically the usernames of smiler's bullies so its not like its not like its entirely irrelevant. But yeah, that does blow a bit of a hole in one theory I had at least.
Look, I know that the april fools video was a joke. But are we just going to ignore THIS????
We even see spoonsplat as an old man in the video... suffering from regret. Does he regret bullying everette or something?
Like... i have not seen a single person bring this up yet. I uh. unsure how seriously to take this since I just caught up with the series but like...
Okay I think I'll save the theory I had during the Memory Construct video for another post, just know that this april fools video might not be entirely irrelevant in the grand scheme of the plot.

Yes, I drew these three again, except instead of showcasing my regular color palette like I said I would, I drew them as characters in another fandom about ghosts. It's a mobile game that was released in like 2020, then had a sequel in 2022. It was pretty well-written, and free to play minus the ad-ticket system so I got fixated on it for at least a year.
If you're wondering why Andrew is pink, that's because he's the spirit of someone who's still alive. I don't know why or how he left his body, but I guess he got placed in the shoes of his minecraft character because look at that fancy suit. Shame it had to get covered in well water...
Deceased spirits in the Underworld Office universe take on an indigo, purple-ish color and darken depending on how corrupted they are. I imagine Andrew and Chris both lost their color a bit due to the tragic circumstances they both ended up in, but I don't think Chris is that corrupted yet. Smiley meanwhile is fully black, a lot like he is in the series. Not much had to be changed about him to fit in with the monster ghosts, haha.
You may also notice that each of them are holding objects. These are referred to as keepsakes when they belong to the dead. Andrew is still alive so the torch and blue rose/flower don't really count, but I'm sure they are both dear to him anyway. For Chris I decided to give him a notebook/journal since he kept a lot of those in minecraft. Man has a lot of thoughts and an often formal way of talking, so it makes sense for him to have a little book to keep track of it all. Especially after everything that's happened to him. It may or may not have a creeper face on the side facing away from the viewer.
Smiley on the other hand... okay you're going to kill me for this but he has the collar of his dead irl dog, and to rub salt in the wound a ghost's keepsake tends to be an object they held with them at the time of death. I couldn't really figure out what other IRL thing was held so dear to his heart, so yeah, poor kiddo.
But yeah, here they all are in the bottom of a ghostly well. Two of them are dripping wet whilst the other holds a flame to keep himself warm and light the way...

So, I've already analysed the Lethe protocol... but I did a bit more digging through the videos and I think I've come to a POTENTIALLY horrifying conclusion. Unsure if I want to share it yet because like. I dunno if I'm 100% right. But let's just say you should believe Smiler when he says that Andrew isn't in control here. Like, I'm pretty sure his end goal is to absorb Andrew or something. And Chris suddenly going from avoiding the bones to actively telling Andrew to gather them and do something redacted with them...
Yeah that part is made up of 7 glitched letters. Which could either read "combine" or "destroy" imo. I think Chris originally meant to destroy them but clearly this book got corrupted. Also noteworthy how Chris types completely differently in this book. If anything he's typing like Smiler did before switching to CAPS LOCK, so...
Also people were saying that Chris was suspicious in the end of Back to the old house for using a contraction, when he completely snaps out of his usual typing patterns midway through his conversation with Andrew.
He starts typing noticeably differently after saying his energy is running out.
Why is "our" in caps lock? I thought he only used capital letters in reference to smiley beforehand, "HIM", but I could be mistaken.
Back to normal with proper grammar:
He could just be tired like he stated in the book, but idk man. I feel like the Smiler is having an influence on him like with the corruption in his journal.
Also the journal before that one has a suspiciously blank page at the end for some reason. Possibly to indicate a torn out page of sorts? Like the words got deleted. Very concerning since Chris is our main source of information.
I mean I probably got a few things wrong, but you've got to wonder: what kind of game is Smiley referring and why does he want Andrew to join him?

question, but what do people call this guy? I know he's a part of smiler/everette and they have a similar design so there has to be some connection.
I'm trying to work out what expression he's making, and I think it looks shocked. It could also be a scream, or maybe he's "eating" the blocks he destroys though that's only happened in his debut episode when he floods the glass building. He doesn't really talk or make any noise like a scream either...
Petition to call him Shocker? No clue who he actually is or what he's meant to represent, but if I have to guess it's probably a form based more on Everette's raw pain and anger since the smiling one seems to be focused on manipulating andrew. It makes sense since this one has no head, rather displaying its face on its body perhaps suggesting that its more animalistic without a brain to guide it? Idk symbolism.
(also side not but this underwater structure it punches holes into is confirmed to be made by Chris based on the notebooks I think, and it does bear a resemblance to that lethe protocol machine imo. Mainly with all the corridors and glowstone. I don't see any hedges though)

I noticed I got a handful of notes on my last post, so here's a wip of my designs for the well trio irl. I got inspired by other people to make some and now this is just how I think of them haha. Will hopefully get to add color later.
My fav is probably Andrew tbh I can imagine him being so expressive

Wait I remember now. Basically, early on in the first few episodes Andrew says that Chris pretty much disappeared from the face of the Earth and he couldn't search him up at all, or at least that's what I gathered from the summary. At first when I learned he ended up in that asylum and died to what I assumed was malpractice I thought it was kind of cliché or distasteful at least, but looking back it lines up neatly with previous information. From what I'm gathering the institute probably wanted to cover up his death by wiping his online presence and other information. He probably knew Chris's full name already before Into The Mind, I mean he'd need to in order search him up online. If he had a funeral it doesn't appear to be public
Unless he was already a private person, it makes me wonder if this happened to other people. The only other way I can imagine Andrew finding Smiler's real name familiar is if he heard about the kid's death on the news or something. They could've lived in the same state but Andrew said otherwise... hmm...
oh goodness guys I think I figured out the Lethe protocol... uhhh so. remember into the mind?
Notice Chris's patient number? Seems random at first but remember it for later. Andrew pointed out that it could either mean he's the 239th patient, or its on the second floor like in hotel rooms. So that would make him the 39th patient on the 2nd floor.
If we go back to lethe protocol, where Chris is tampering with Andrew's save files/memories, he's referred to as [SUBJECT136] by the system. It's quite random that this was chosen instead of his like username or something, because doesn't this imply the protocol applies to multiple subjects? Why would Chris need access to over 100 people's saves/memories?
It also has similarities with chris's designation at the hospital. Both are 3 digits long, both have a 3 in the middle, and if you turn the 6 upside-down it becomes a nine. Then it hit me. If andrew is right about the hospital room numbers working like a hotel, then that would place room 136 in the same ward below 239. I did wonder why it wasn't 139 instead for a bit, but that led me to think of numbers appearing differently in reflections, particularly in lakes or other bodies of water. I'm imagining Chris staring down at Andrew from the spirit world like he's peering at the surface and maybe submerging his head to interact with the mortals for a brief time. (I'm only remembering now that Lethe is named after a river so uhh... even more relevant ig)
Anyway, it doesn't end there. Remember the fixing room? A lot of people speculate it meant electric shock therapy or something, but I'm beginning to think they are wrong.
It never says here that Chris died in the fixing room, just that it failed and he failed. Then it says his body was found in the well one morning when previous books document his experiences with being called there. At first I thought they buried the body there because he died and they wanted to cover it up, but based on the wording I think he killed himself just like Smiler. Also we don't know how many days passed between this book and the last since none of them are dated. Let's look back to LetheProtocol.mp4:
Yeah... tbh that pretty much confirms it actually. I forgot about this line. The Fixing Room = The Lethe Protocol. How Chris made it in minecraft to tamper with his friend, idk. But remember he's a technical guy who likes to push the limits of what can be done in minecraft. He's also likely received a supernatural advantage from being a digital ghost, so suspend your disbelief.
Also note the name of the hospital. "Desiderium asylum". It's a fancy latin word related to longing, specifically longing for something lost. Lethe meanwhile means forgetfulness or oblivion, the river Lethe existing in greek mythology as a place in the underworld that would wipe a persons mortal memories if they drank from it. These two words stand out in the ARG as odd, considering most people would have to look up their meaning to understand them. Therefore, I think they are related. After all, is it a cure for grief to simply forget and move on?
If that doesn't convince you, there is slightly more evidence I found. When Andrew first visits the asylum, its worn down and made out of... bricks and mossy cobble, huh. Like there are other blocks but I'm realising now that maybe it hints that Chris/Smiler built it? Together?
But after Smiler catches up to Andrew, the place changes completely before we learn Chris was the patient he's been reading about, the appearance of the asylum completely changes to look clean and white.
It's not identical to the place in LetheProtocol.mp4, but it is somewhat familiar especially with the doors and corridors. Also look at the lil blue rose in Chris's room <3. I think the starkest similarities is that both structures have these potted hedges inside.
For comparison:
Also, there was another mystery that plagued me.
What do these numbers mean in relation to Andrew's memory/save file data? Are these years? Individual save files? Didn't Andrew's old world with Chris get corrupted (I was wrong they did go missing, my bad-) and not deleted anyway? Why choose door 11? In fact he seems to hestitate before doing so. Is it age, because then Andrew would be 16 years old and Chris erased his memories of being 11 for some reason?
Then I realised...
Guys, I don't think he just forgot those videos existed and couldn't see them on his channel, I think they either got unlisted for a bit or just straight up deleted in-universe. I wasn't there if they got unlisted at the time as part of the arg so idk, comments section didn't mention anything about it. But like... season one canonically doesn't exist anymore I think 😭. If I'm right about the numbers lining up, then somehow Andrew's memory is tied to his videos too?? I guess Chris erased his memories of making those videos along with the videos themselves, though I will say... after the latest video at the time of typing this I don't think the world itself actually got deleted :3. Too many memories for Chris as well, ig. He may have just hid it somewhere... which begs the question, what does "save data" actually refer too? Both Chris and Smiler seem to be able to upload to the channel and edit videos as ghosts, so like... did he target only the memories of those 11 videos/gaming sessions?
I could ramble even longer but eh I think I get my points across. Dunno if anyone else has thought of all this before, probably, but if you didn't know then here it is, all in one place.
After a bit more thought, I do think there's a reason that the Lethe protocol chamber device only seems to have 16 rooms. It's not lore related, rather a reference to 16 bits in computing. Minecraft isn't 16 bits but eh. It's the best I could come up with. Chris might've built it as a 16 bit operating system or smth. Also I doubt he'd need to erase more then 16 minecraft episodes from Andrew's memory/channel at at time. If he needed to erase more, say like 20, then he could just run the 16th room and then the 4th or some other combination.
For some reason each room has a passcode on the ceiling too, like a pin number. I could try and work out that later but for now, I think I'm happy with my findings.

Oh yeah, as an add-on: The reason why Chris is referred to as a patient yet Andrew is just a subject is presumably because he hasn't been admitted to the asylum like Chris was, rather he's more of a test subject for the protocol. I do wonder if this protocol will come up again later or if its just a plot device to make parts of the story work. Tbh I feel like its the first option... its such a mysterious piece of the lore that I can't believe it won't get brought up again. I don't know how many more acts we have yet, but who even made this protocol to begin with and how does it work? Maybe it wasn't named that originally and Chris chose the name, but still. The facility he went to had some experimental way of temporarily erasing other people's memories. Kinda sus, who are they 'the men in black'?
It's so wild that I can't really make a solid guess. We'll just have to see, because if Andrew and Oliver somehow end up being the same person then it might involve this. I don't know if the protocol has been or will be used on other characters that we are yet to learn about, or if its linked to the wells in any way aside from acting as a temporary relief from the call. But you know. People also do just forget things sometimes. And I wonder how Andrew would react if he learnt the other well ghost was an even older friend of his that he abandoned... Idk I feel like it would add another layer to Everette pursuing him. It's already an emotional story and we get so much lore dump about this seemingly stereotypical ARG antagonist (dark figure with spooky face). He deserves some sort of redemption imo.
I was going to say something else but I forgot. Oh well.

Oh goodness I found this ARG like... earlier this week thanks to that Wifies guy. I did come up with a small theory of my own, after some thought. It's hard to choose a favorite character since there's only three and they're all p cool, but I do like Smiler/Everette. So glad there's an official name for that guy now.
I put the theory beneath the cut :P
Uhhh well... You remember when Andrew said he knew an Everette? Or the name at least sounded familiar. Do people think that's red herring or? Because I don't think it could be a coincidence or just random info. Look, he says that he never lived anyway snowy and didn't recognise the house, but that world was made for christmas and he noted how old the building looks now.
Funnily enough, we don't actually know that much about Andrew outside of minecraft. Like, he's the main character but we haven't seen parts of his life from an outside perspective like with the other two. And now we're back in his old world with Chris... wonder if we'll learn more about his past now? We know that he has a family and goes to school, and Chris (who lives on the East coast himself) says he lives on the West coast which is presumably referring to America. Other than that, we probably know more about Everette's home life than anyone else's. We don't know which state any of them live in actually, the only one mentioned is Arizona where Oliver moved to and he isn't even really a character aside from a random name drop atm. Btw Arizona a southern-western state I looked it up.
But then there's also the stuff with the Lethe protocol affecting Andrew's memory, and for all we know parts of his memory could've gotten erased before. Accidently or on purpose. Or he just, you know gets older and forgets stuff.
So here's my wild speculation:
Maybe Andrew and Oliver are the same person somehow? Like he could've just been a classmate of Smiler's or maybe even one of the bullies but I don't think so. Neither really work imo. But that got me thinking, what if the reason "Oliver" had to move to Arizona was because his family needed to escape something? I've got no clue how witness protection works but those who are in danger often have to hide their identities right? Both of the other characters have their respective traumas outside of the well-related stuff and it makes sense for Andrew to have past baggage too. There's no real evidence yet but again, there's no real reason for him to bring it up either at the moment.
Or maybe he's been going by his middle name or smth the whole time idfk. I'm not sure why Everette would refer to his friend with a fake name in a video made for him, unless it was a nickname??? Ehhh I doubt it. He'd only know him by his birth name in school. What's really funny to imagine is any memes that might get made about "the biggest plot twist is Andrew isn't even his real name 😱!!" He's only ever gotten referred to as Andrew so far though, if Smiler recognises him then he's keeping his mouth shut.
It's... what actually is the Lethe protocol? Did Chris build it? Why was it made and why does Andrew have a subject number? Chris also had a subject number in Into The Mind... We know he's a tech guy but I doubt he'd be able to create a machine in minecraft that can erase a living person's memory. I feel like there's still a lot of loose threads that need to be tied up, and I'm hyped to discover all the pieces.
Tell me if I'm missing anything because I must confess I've only watched the latest videos after Wifies' summary. For example I didn't actually know Chris had a creeper skin when he played with Andrew, so the bit where his ghost puts on the head didnt quite click on first watch. But yeah, I'm glad I found this ARG because it slaps ✨
...
Also how old even are the characters what is the timeline I- ???

I'm VERY glad <3 I had a lot of fun trying to decide on her outfit. Eventually went for a sort of warrior vibe. And yeah, it's different shades of pink cos that's her favorite color.
Happy holidays!
@everything-freakblr
I was originally going to finish this in time to post on the 25th but oh well, I'm glad I took my time to touch up the linework. Here is the drawing I made for my secret santa recipient, @sweetzscore. They didn't have anything too specfic that they wanted, so I went ahead and drew Hailey as a magical girl.
I hope you like it, even if she isn't in your top favourite characters 😭 I think I made a pretty design at least.

Here’s my secret Santa <3 I went with the genderbent Henriam request!!!
Names to not cause confusion:
Henry = Henrietta
Liam = Liana
Drew = Destiny
Jake = Jade
Milly = Mason
Sean = Seanna
Henrietta and Liana had been (secretly) dating for around a month now, so it only made sense to go on a date, right?
Until everyone happened to be at the mall that day.
All had been fine when they first arrived, and the two happily walked hand in hand to different stores, mainly window shopping. Eventually they found themselves in a jewelry store. “Ooo I like this one!” Henrietta chirped, pointing to a gold necklace with a heart adorning the end of it.
Liana looked over curiously, nodding. “Yeah but that’s like… really expensive.” She frowned. Henrietta gave Liana the biggest puppy dog eyes imaginable, silently begging. Liana sighed, glancing back to the necklace for a moment. “Destiny’s the rich one, not me.”
As if summoned by her name, Destiny appeared. “Why are you guys here? And why’d I hear my name?” She asked in an unimpressed tone, causing both girls to jump in surprise. Henrietta bumped into a case of jewelry when she did, almost knocking it over. She fixed it quickly, laughing nervously when she noticed the store clerks glare.
“Oh uhh..hey Destiny..” Liana nervously greeted her, looking anywhere but the other girls eyes. Liana and Henrietta didn’t notice their hands were still intertwined until Destiny looked down before raising an eyebrow. The two quickly separated, faces turning bright red. “Uhm.. What are you doing here?” Henrietta asked a lot louder than necessary, earning yet another glare from the clerk.
Destiny gave an annoyed sigh, “I was getting a gift for Jade, but I might as well go to another store. I don’t want to see you two being lovey dovey.” Both girls quickly began rambling over each other, desperately trying to prove their innocence. Destiny simply walked out of the store, clearly not in the mood to deal with the duo. They were left dumbfounded, how had Destiny realized they were together so easily?
After that, the two decided to check out the food court. After all, there was no chance they’d run into someone else they knew, right?
The two had settled at a table, deciding pizza was a good option for their meal. “After we finish we should get some pretzels.” Liana commented as she took a bite out of her pizza. Henrietta nodded enthusiastically, “They should make lettuce-wrapped pretzels..” She murmured. Liana rolled her eyes, “Why the hell would they do that? That doesn’t sound appetizing at all.” Henrietta glared, though there was no real malice behind it, and softly kicked Liana under the table. “I think it sounds awesome.”
“If you say so.” Liana sighed, a small smile forming on her face. There was a comfortable silence while the two ate. Well, only for a moment. Henrietta filled it by rambling about nothing in particular, which Liana listened to without complaint. She looked up and noticed pizza sauce had gotten on the corner of Henrietta’s mouth, though she didn’t seem to notice.
She reached over and gently held the shorter girls chin, catching her offguard. “You’re so messy.” Liana giggled, wiping the sauce off of Henrietta’s face. “Am not.” Henrietta countered, rolling her eyes. Liana continued to hold Henrietta’s chin for a moment, noticing the faint blush that formed on her cheeks. She was just about to lean in closer when she heard an all too familiar voice yell in shock.
“ARE YOU TWO GONNA KISS?!”
It was Mason, hurrying over to them with wide eyes, Seanna trailing behind him with a sigh.
They both jolted in their seats, moving away from each other in an instant. “No! Why is everyone at the mall today..” Liana muttered the last part, Henrietta groaned with annoyance. “You were totally about to kiss..are you two on a date?” Mason said loudly, an impish grin on his face. Both girls knew for a face he’d never let this go. Seanna laughed from beside him, her curious gaze looking between the two. “I knew you two were together. You have been since we met you, right?”
In sync, the two jumped up. “NO?! AND WE AREN’T TOGETHER?”
Mason and Seanna gave them a pointed look. “Sure you aren’t..” Mason said slowly, before reaching to grab an untouched slice of pizza from the girls plate. “Dude I was gonna eat that!” Henrietta whined, Mason just shrugged before he and Seanna walked off.
Henrietta and Liana watched them leave, utterly baffled. “Are we that obvious?” Liana mumbled. “And did they really think we’ve been together that long?” Henrietta added, face in her hands.
The two somehow managed to get through the rest of their date without running into another one of the friends. They walked out of the mall with a singular bag, despite going through so many stores they only bought anything from one.
As they walked, since they hadn’t driven there, Liana noticed Henrietta shivering. Without a word the girl stopped walking. Henrietta came to a stop too, looking at Liana with confusion. The taller held out the bag, “Here, hold this a second.” Henrietta seemed confused, but complied without questions.
Liana slipped her jacket off with ease before handing it to Henrietta, “Here, you’re shivering.” She said before taking the bag back from her girlfriend. Blush rose to Henrietta’s cheeks as she put the jacket on. “..Thanks.”
Liana didn’t get a chance to respond, because yet another familiar face appeared in front of him. Jade looked at the two with a wide grin on her face, her little sister, Mia, standing beside her annoyedly. “Aw, that’s cute.” Jade teased.
Both girls desperately tried to defend themselves, Jade wasn’t convinced. “I guess your date went well?” Lianas face reddened, “How’d you even know— Wait, We weren’t on a date!” She cried. “Yeah I dont believe that.” Jade snickered.
“Thats so gay” Mia grumbled, who Henrietta and Liana had almost forgotten was there. Jade gave her a blank stare, “No really?” She replied, sarcasm etched in her tone.
Henrietta and Liana gave each other a defeated look, maybe they were more obvious than they thought..

Just finished playing Do NOT take this cat home.
It was a gripping experience, though seriously read the content warning list if you don't mind vague spoilers because so, so much happens TOT I adored the overarching themes though. Been wanting to play for a while and whilst it wasn't really what I was expecting, it didn't disappoint. Might make longer analyses at some point but not today I fear, I'm too tired...
Spoilers for the true end below the cut.
Funny story, I actually got worried that the cycle of abuse had repeated itself when I saw this little guy's face. Like, based on the dialogue I assumed we found another cat in an alleyway at some point and went "ah well it's unlikely this one will also turn out to be a monster" which are famous last words.
But no, it just seems to be a regular kitten. Like, it's still black, but it's less... smooth? It has scruffy lines to mark its fur, its left eye is scratched, the eyes aren't a pristine yellow. It just looks a lot more grounded, less like the perfect image of a cat that the entity was trying to present itself as.
Thematically, I think this means that the protagonist found someone that was willing to be vulnerable rather then manipulate them through a flawless facade. An honest friend instead of a controlling and sadistic one.
Though, my initial suspicion led me to a different idea: what if this cat turned out to also be some type of eldritch (?) being, except this time its a benelovent one. It pretended to be a kitten because it didn't want to get harmed or hunted, maybe that's how it got its scar? So now it vows to be protagonist's companion after getting taken in by them, and they only find out in a dire circumstance when someone tries to attack them or something.
Imagine your house getting broken into in the middle of the night during a robbery and your pet kitten takes on a humanoid form and beats up the burglar. The protagonist would probably be terrified at first but I hope they gradually realise that this particular creature isn't like the last. I could draw or write something about it I bet.
Tbh if the dev ever wanted to make a sequel this might actually work. It wouldn't be a horror game though, more like a story about working through shared traumatic experiences with someone that happens to remind you of those that hurt you in the past (even though they aren't like that). In my imagination the kitten also had negative experiences with humans, so when this one discovered its true form it panicked.
Damn this started out as a silly concept to me cos "haha all black cats are secretly eldritch beings" but now it's getting deeper.
Also something to note: I'm pretty sure the original entity took the form of an adult cat, meanwhile the one at the end is speficied to be a kitten. In this AU that could mean it takes on the role of the protagonist's child. Maybe it escaped from a testing facility from a young age or something, idk. Now I'm thinking of Elfen Lied though I've never actually watched it.
If anyone wants another post with additional notes and drawings, then I'll provide. Even if barely anyone sees this I probably will still make something.

Happy birthday Drew, here’s to hoping you cut off all your friends just before the month of November and we get a whole episode of you celebrating alone because everyone lied to you.

Oh yeah, this is also a redraw! So much happier with this year’s version.

Hey, the ACLU is getting people to send letters to your Reps to have Congress pass the No Kings Act.
This bill is to ensure that even sitting presidents are held liable for their actions. That NOBODY is above the law.
Their goal is 150k messages sent and at the time of writing this they're about 2.1k off from that goal!
ACLU gives you a prefilled message that you can edit to send to make the process easier, and will send it out for you.
This only takes a few minutes!

why i think Hailey from The Music Freaks is autistic!!!
sorry this is kinda late a sinus infection was curbstomping my ass for like a week but WE'RE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just like the last yap sesh this is more of based on personal hc and assumptions rather than solid evidence, but do bare with me! :3 AND REMEMBER: NOT a professional, I just really like this freaking show
this'll be similarly formatted like when i talked about my jake autistic headcanon
Bullying: Again, this might be a tad stereotypical? But a majority of people who are autistic (or neurodivergent at all) are bullied in childhood. This is often due to autistic traits being perceived as weird.
Stage Fright: This is a common trait in folks who are neurodivergent- specifically with ADHD or Autism. Autism is based on differences in communication and sensory processing. Someone who's autistic may feel uncomfortable or nervous about the unpredictability of the audience's reactions- which seems to be Hailey's case, as shown in episode 8. Though, the reason for stage fright is caused by a runoff of OTHER symptoms, which I will get to.
Emotional Regulation: Hailey seems to have a hard time dealing with her emotions- particularly when she's under scrutiny. She's able to deal with it if it's a problem that doesn't involve her being judged directly, but in cases like her stage fright, or if Drew and the others are confronting her directly, she gets particularly pissed and upset. She's able to deal with it if it's just dumb off-hand comments like in episode 1, but if it's a one-on-one encounter or something like what happened in episode 8 (I think) when Drew, Henry, and Liam came in uninvited, she gets upset easily (rightfully so) and it takes a while for her to cool down.
Sensitive to Changes in Routine: Hailey has a hard time dealing with sudden changes in plans or routine. In episode 9 when Jake asks Hailey to do a duet, her first reaction (aside from intial shock) is hesitancy to go through with it due to a sudden change in their schedule. In the same episode when Drew, Liam, and Henry interrupt them, it ticks her off particularly, as- not only does she not like these people, but they're disturbing her and Jake's time in the club room. Drew (and some other people in his friend group I think) refer to Hailey as a control freak, or someone who "always wants her way", which I think could be related to this.
Strong Morals: In episode 7 when she and Jake talk, she explains that while she didn't LIKE Jake, she believes in second chances. She believes he earned his way into the club, and mentions that he sang with his heart and soul. While not a strictly autistic trait, this trait IS common. Strong empathy is also a common sign of autism. (So is lack of empathy, but in general, both sides of the spectrum can be a trait of autism.) She understands to an extent where Jake is coming from, and her moral compass makes her dead honest with him in how she views his friends.
Voice & Tone: I'm honestly not sure if this is just me picking up on it or if it's just how her voice actor talks, but she seems to be somewhat monotone a lot of the time. Not to an extreme, but enough that I personally notice it.
Special Interest: This one's pretty obvious. She's the president of a MUSIC club, she can SING, play GUITAR, and other instruments probably, and can WRITE SONGS. Huh. I wonder what her special interest is. /sarc
That's all I've noticed so far! I might update this if I notice more. PLSSSS YAP IN THE COMMENTS IF U AGREE/DISAGREE/WANT ME TO ADD SOMETHING I MAY HAVE MISSED RHAHHH
#the music freaks#tmf hailey#reblog#I had this hc for a while too#she certainly gives vibes imo#no wonder I found her relatable ;)#autism
