I told myself that if I hit generation 15 of the Joy of Life challenge, I would upload some of my heirs, partners, and family members. Today, I am starting with one of my all-time favorite couples and storylines. Autumn is the JOL Gen 7 heir. She fell in love as a teen with Nixon Dyer, a young man she met at a house party her senior year of high school. Although he loved her and they were very happy together, Autumn was making bad decisions like drinking, smoking, and failing all her classes. After her father, Archer, found out what had been going on, he grounded her and forbade her from seeing Nixon.  She and Nixon had an argument about her failing school, and he ultimately ended things and left town without saying goodbye. Autumn found out she was pregnant, but with no way of finding Nixon to tell him she moved on and focused on raising her grades to graduate and have the baby. She moved with her twin brother, Milo, to San Myshuno so he could attend medical school while she began work as a freelance programmer. She had a son, Jack, and focused all her efforts on raising him. About two years after having Jack, Autumn had a one-night stand with a man named Cyrus, who was in the city for a business trip. Again, she found herself pregnant and with no father for support. Her family continued to rally behind her and offer support. She gave birth to a daughter she named Stella. Over the next five years, she advanced her small business as a programmer and even was a surrogate for her brother Milo and his husband, Ryland. When Jack was seven years old, Nixon came back to the city. Unbeknownst to Autumn, he had been back in the area for five years and had started a construction company. He had thought she had moved on and was aware that she had given birth to a daughter. He kept his distance, but ultimately his curiosity got the better of him, and under the pretense of needing someone to build a website for his business, he set up a meeting with Autumn. She was shocked to see him and gave him a verbal beatdown. She did not disclose at that time that they shared a son. Later, after revealing to Jack that his father was back and making sure he would be okay with meeting him, Autumn reached back out to Nixon and broke the news to him. Nixon was devastated that he had missed out on so much of his son's life and was eager to connect and be present in his life. Autumn set up their first meeting, and it went very well. Over time, Autumn and Nixon developed a co-parenting relationship and even a bit of a friendship. Nixon was helpful not only with Jack but also seemed to accept Stella as his own. After some time, Nixon broached the subject of trying to be more than friends with Autumn. She felt insecure about this, thinking he only wanted to be more because they shared a child. Nixon took her to the sight of his first complete build, which had once been a vacant lookout over the marina of their town that he and Autumn would go to together when they were younger. He confessed to having still been in love with her and that he had regretted leaving her behind. When he returned and thought she had moved on, he poured his life into building the one thing he had promised her when they were younger: a home overlooking the marina. Autumn accepted being with him, and they moved into the house he had built. Nixon adopted Stella, and he and Autumn went on to have one more daughter, Skye. Nixon died as an elder, and shortly after, Autumn followed. They left behind 3 children, eight grandchildren, and an ever-expanding number of great-grandchildren.

JOL Gen 13 (Just a scene from my current heir's honeymoon in Granite Falls with her husband)

The ground was blanketed in white. A peaceful hush covered the mountains, broken only by a soft thump as a snowball collided squarely with the back of Bowen’s neck.

Bowen (yelping, jerking his shoulders up): "What the hell?!"

He looked up to see Sasha already darting off, laughter trailing behind her.

Sasha (giggling): "That's' what you get for dragging me out of bed!" Bowen (grinning, already scooping snow): "Oh, you’re dead, sweetheart."

Sasha shrieks, trying to dodge—but Bowen's aim was better than expected. The snowball nailed her between the shoulder blades, sending her stumbling forward and down into the snow.

Sasha (groaning into the snow): "Ugh, cheap shot!"

Bowen jogged over, laughing, reaching down with one hand to help her up. Sasha eyed him suspiciously and half-sat up, shielding her face with a gloved hand.

Sasha: "Wait—truce! I yield! Don’t you dare throw another one."

Bowen (laughing, still offering his hand): "I’m not! Come on."

She took his hand, but her smile twisted into something wicked as he hauled her halfway up.

Sasha: "At least now I know you can actually throw a ball. 'Cause your fishing skills are shit."

Bowen: "That's it."

Sasha: "Wait- no, no, no-"

Bowen (teasing): "Take it back."

Sasha: "Never."

It isn't just a sex mod! Turbo really revolutionized gameplay with this. The ability for animations to spawn objects (and some posemakers use WW for animations for this purpose). There's an attraction system, you can position your sims to get rid of clipping when posing. There's all sorts of things that WW contributes to the game. I may or may not be a subscriber because of this. Not ONLY do we get all of these gameplay additions, he updates regularly and frequently. Bro doesn't play about his mods. And you know what? I like that shit. I like that you care enough to put out a product and MAINTAIN IT. Unlike the developers of the actual game its for.

Storytelling is nearly impossible without Turbo and I hope he knows that the majority of us know better and appreciate this mod enough not to fuck with the creator when new updates/packs come out.
