My morning routines
During school
• wake up around 5:15 and drink plenty of water. I love to wake up early, even when it is for school so waking up at 5:15 is not hard for me. I a real morning person and probably the annoying person that has the best mood on Monday. I drink 500 ml every morning to wake up and get hydrated.
• meditate and stretch. For me stretching and meditation is THE most important thing in the morning. The stretching wakes up every single muscle in my body and also makes me flexible. The meditation prepares me for the day and helps me focusing on the things that really count.
• make bed. As annoying as it sometimes can be it's also relaxing for me. The reason why I make my bed every single morning is easy, little tasks that you achieve help your brain to focus on the big goals. It also became something I can't go to school without.
• dress with effort. I love to dress with effort and the way I want to. I love to buy pretty clothes and I totally love to feel good in my clothes. Not everyone likes my style but I don't really care as long as I feel good. I also dress JUST for me, not anyone else. I want to feel good.
• straighten hair. Not something I do every day but a lot. I have curly hair but not in a pretty way, I think, so I just straighten my hair everyday.
• little bit make up. I usually don't wear lots of make up, normally just mascara and my eyebrows so I do that. Again just to feel good in my own skin, but when I want to not wear make up I don't.
• healthy breakfast. That's something that I personally find very hard. I am usually not that hungry before 10 a.m, that's why I eat a banana or a different fruit at home and then eat breakfast in school break.
• brush teeth. I do that almost three times a day. I just hate the feeling of unbrushed teeth.
• take dog outside. I love to take a little walk with my favourite ever living being. It just calms me down and is so relaxing. I live her my little doggo.
• make coffee. I always carry a cup of coffee with me, in my own cup of course. I love coffee so much I just can't live without it omg.
• grab bag and head to class. I pack my bag the night before so I just need to grab It, head out the door and straight up to the bus.
On days off
• wake up with the sun. I always have my blinds opened so when the sun rises so will I. It's just so awesome to see the sun rise and to know that every new day brings new opportunities.
• drink water, stretch and meditate. I just totally love to be hydrated and to feel the blood flow through my body. I love to have control over my mind, body and actions.
• go for a run. I love the progress of getting changed in my exercise clothes and going outside the door. Afterwards I run an hour and then return home.
• take doggo outside. And out it goes again but now with my little buddie. She just hates running next to me when I run.
• healthy breakfast. So that's something I love at home. Making breakfast and slowly feeling hungry. I love food, good food and when it is healthy it's waaay better.
• read. I start reading my poetry books and get lost in them. That's how I end my mornings and then go straight in the real day.
