life advice, take it or leave it: life isn't figuring it out and then moving on as your best self. Its more like constantly overcorrecting and adjusting as you go on reacting and deciding every day how you can be your best self. Eventually it'll become natural to gracefully be who you want to be.

depression&adhd is feeling like doing anything at all requires so so much energy that I'd rather sit in bed all day because that's the lowest energy expending thing to do. then the fun part is the guilt from not doing anything with my days 🥴
if you feel like you're depressed at the moment, take it easy on yourself, we're still in a global pandemic afterall. taking a deep breath and getting a bit of headspace is so valuable!
