Introduction

"A group of 5 young enthusiasts wants to fulfill their dream - make a sustainable, off-grid co town - a strong community where nature, love and freedom reign. That's why they found this beautiful place not that far away from town, between the sea coast and a lake, that they're going to settle. To name it, they took each founder's last name's two first letters, and combined it together in the settlement name, so they always remain a part of this town's history. It's going to be a long journey, they started with nothing - no water, no electricity, no roads. Let's see what happens to their idea!"

These are not going to be a regular series, just sometimes I will post screenshots, progress, gameplay, new buildings and sims :)

I also am not strongly going by any rules, its very freestyle type of bacc. The neighborhood has its own treasury, that we use for building some community lots (although 'm not calculating every simoleon, so i end up spending more money, not sorry xd)

I'm going to add new households as time goes, and also sometimes I will add townies.

To calculate population im using method from Redmond-flats ruleset

Currently neighborhood has 5 community lots:

Central square Fruitfull forest

Sea coast Fishing lake

Lake shore

"Nature" lots have many collectables that can be later sold, such as fruits, berries, nuts, fish. These lots are also not counted as a community lot for counting the population until there is any infrastructure in them!

Lifetime Want Chooser

Hi all!

To start off this simblr, here's something I've just finished.

This is an object for the Sims 2 that lets you manually choose a lifetime want for your sim, instead of cycling one by one!

I made it while working on 50 new lifetime wants and realizing what a huge pain it is to go through them in testing. If only we could just choose an LTW, I thought. Well, :)

CC-Free 1950s Modern House Redo !!

Back in 2017, my 2nd ever lot upload was this house based on a floorplan from a 1950s catalog.

My main goal at the time was matching the original floorplan and trying to stick to a MCM interior design, but imo the way it came out wasn’t very strong.

I wouldn’t even chalk it up to just being my 2nd ever lot upload, because almost all the other lots I made at the same time still seem to stand up lol.

Anywayyyyy I felt like the concept still had some potential, so I spruced it up. My design/style interests have sort of “evolved” since then, so it’s not so much MCM anymore as much as like… A house that got built in the 50s but was decorated in the 70s. idk what style that is lol but that’s my vibe currently

I also added a second bathroom & a second bedroom to make it more functional - The new bedroom has a strange layout but that was the only place I could think to put it :P
