Ok you know what would be really funny. If Kris decided to actually ask the vessel what their name was but the player(?) did something stupid like "Bitch" or "Shitfart" and the vessel has to very softly explain that their name is actually a shitpost and Kris is like "Screw this I'm giving you a better name"

Or they think it's hilarious and decide to call the vessel "Shitfart" bc what better way to get over the Mental Issues of the situation than calling your own personal demon "Shitfart"

For the Kris & Vessel AU: what's it like when Kris yeets their soul out of their body for the Vessel? I can't imagine the soul being in a birdcage / stuffed between couch cusions / slapped under a sink would be comfortable.

I'd imagine it looks a bit like this. They're not necessarily the soul itself, but they're pretty attached to it

Just setting some rules and boundaries about this for organizational purposes!

CONCERNING ASKS: 

I will answer at least one anon ask per week but please understand that i am generally very busy irl and I am just one person, so if I miss an ask I apologize!

Furthering that, I look through all of my asks as often as I can but i cant guarantee that your ask wont be buried 

When asking I must request that you be respectful. Please do not ask anything NSFW related, invasive, offensive, or anything else inappropriate, your ask will definitely be deleted. 

CONCERNING CONTENT:

There is no romance in this au besides what is explicitly mentioned in canon (or whatever’s funny at the moment) 

While I will be illustrating serious moments please know that a lot of the content is meant to be taken in a lighthearted manner, this isn’t a serious comic most of the time, just me having fun! 

Topics that are being touched upon include derealization, dehumanization, possession, dissociation, etc. (feel free to inform me of others if I forget any!) 

(extra reminder): 

Kris as a character is solely referred to by they/them pronouns throughout the series, including close family members and childhood friends such as Noelle and Toriel. Since it is established that Kris is their own person and not a self insert of the player (we already have one of those in this au), not to mention the fact that toby fox himself has corrected the usage of he/him pronouns instead of they/them, Kris will be using they/them pronouns and they/them pronouns only in this au. If you disagree and/or purposely misgender them when commenting or asking, I would rather you didn’t interact with my content at all. 

On the other hand, the Vessel is, in fact, a self insert of the player character and may have any pronouns used for them, I personally am just going with the gender neutral they/them for comics and asks.

HI OK SO I LOVE THE AU IDEA so what if like. The vessel and Kris could communicate. And ALSO what if when Kris was looking in the mirror, he could see the vessel behind them. IDK I just love the idea it's really neat

They can communicate yeah. Also that's a pretty cool idea! I'd like to think the vessel can show up in mirrors but only kris can see them

i will never forgive popular UT fanon for using chara as a scapegoat in the genocide run and making "sans recognizes them and attacks them on sight regardless of what run they're in" headcanons so pervasive.

mostly because "restless spirit of a long dead child who's obsessed with the concept of cosmic retribution and facing consequences for your actions" + "guy whose job is just that but he treats it on par with his hot dog sidegig" is potentially one of the most hysterical dynamics you could come up with

something ive only really kept in my head is a security breach x ut crossover where the eight fallen kids are the eight kids who were killed by vanny and went missing in the pizzaplex. chara just sort of following frisk around while they carry flowey in a little flowerpot. frisk being helped by the dca (like how freddy helps gregory) and having to explain that the ghost child tethered to them harbors an intense hatred for moon bc he helped vanny kill them without knowing who they were.
