To make a pickled roast beef you will need:

1 kg of beef

100g of onions

50g of garlic

250g of sunflower oil

80g of soy sauce

30g of coriander

1) fry the beef in a single piece or in a few large pieces 7-10 min

2) put it in the oven at t200C for 13min

3) chop the onion and garlic, pour oil&soy sauce into a container, throw the beef in there and cover with onions, garlic and coriander on top

4) leave it in the fridge overnight
