Peter Parker who is secretly the Amazing Spider Man is in New York City working as a freelance photographer for the Daily Bugle with his student who is a female model named Elizabeth Parker who is not related to Peter and she goes by the secret identity of Gill Gal since she gained her super powers of a undersea creature after she was nearly electrocuted during a swimming competition in her native Panama when she was swimming at a swim meet prepping for a chance to compete in a Pan American Games style competition that basically ended her dream to compete in swim meets.

Peter's mission is to teach his new best friend to use her powers wisely since Peter is fearful that Gill Gal could harm someone if she is provoked to anger battling any of her enemies. Their top enemy is going to be Masked Marauder who has the superpower of using his optical blast to blind someone who gets in his way.

Oswold Cobblepot who is better known as The Penguin is now of prison after serving his time in jail after he was convicted of a crime by stealing a Trojan Horse statue from a museum in Gotham City is now working with a mad scientist named William Slee who has the ability to create a computer that can commit crimes in Gotham City and be able to outsmart the world's greatest detective Batman and his young partner Robin.

The crime computer that was built by Professor Slee also has the ability to reveal to Batman's enemies that Batman and Bruce Wayne are the same person. The catch is that Batman has to use his knowledge of how to protect himself against anyone who tries to reveal who he is since he has friends in the Justice League like Superman who has knowledge of using scientific knowledge that is more powerful than Earthlings.
