Batman is in Fair City in the guise of Bruce Wayne who is a guest of the Squirrel family who are River Hato Elementary School Spanish teacher Valerie Squirrel, her husband Robert and their daughter Gabrielle "Dee Dee" Squirrel for a visit to encourage Dee Dee to balance her school work as well as sports work as a female gymnast who is being billed as the next Gabby Douglas due to her facial resemblance of the female gymnast. Bruce is also in town since he has been told by Detective Squirrel that the Penguin who is one of Batman's deadliest enemies has plans to steal a rare diamond that was once worn by a member of a royal family in England. Can Batman stop his enemy that came close to rubbing him and Robin out for good this time after the attempt to rub out Batman and Robin failed in the episode "The Crime Computer." this time around?
